While the toilet did get fixed, the repairman came over two hours past the repair window then did not properly clean up after the toilet replacement. When spending $650, it would be nice to get a final mopping with cleaner when there was sewer water on the ground rather than a redumentary cleaning with paper towel with no cleaner.

After a washing machine repairman broke the cold water valve - on a Friday afternoon, no less - causing water to shoot out all aver the laundry room and forcing us to turn off the main water to our house, we had to get a plumber ASAP to fix it. These guys were able to come within a couple of hours and fix the valve, and for a reasonable price. The plumber who made the repair was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Despite the emergency appointment Queen and her team were professional and determined in tracking down the problem and clearing our pipes down through to main. They worked around the constraints of our home, and still charged a fair price. I will definitely be returning.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

That I will not wait until next week. If they could find another provider. That will take care my issue!!! Then my insurance called me back and stated that 3 d plumbing will be available the next day. So they did;!!! Call me early the next day and innstalled a new water heater. As we needed a gas line for outdoor kitchen, I approached Reliable Sewer/Drain and their technician, Curtis, came within a day. I explained about the grill that we have ordered, where the concrete will poured and the length and width of the grill (from Costco) and they gave a quote of $2.8K to run a ten foot line from existing gas pipe to the grill location. As I didn't want to take any risk with independent contractors, I went ahead with their services they finished the work with in 3 days (including city permission) and I was super impressive. However, as soon as we installed the grill, the flame on first burner was very small and same with other couple of burners. I sensed something wrong and requested them to visit and in the two minutes, the same technician said there is not enough gas pressure (not even for a small stove) and that we have to go with a new line and for that I will have to spend another $4K. That was shocking not because of this new $4K but because I spent another $10K in the side yard with new irrigation line, pavers and re-installed few other things after they installed the first line. Now they want to dig everything and the response is unimaginable. I don't want to blame anyone for choosing this business but I am ashamed of myself in trusting them. Lesson learnt.Note: This is my very first online review of any sort of business. So, you can think the pain I went through.

Take your serious complaints to the plumbing licensing board, Texas Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. Keep all evidence of price gouging and their predatory schemes to get more and more money from their customers. Document Document. They care nothing about their customers who are dealing with serious issues all they want is more and more money. Pending.....

I am in commercial real estate and there is not another company I will use. I cannot tell you how many times I have had a plumber quote me something outrageous, only to have LGC come out behind them and tell me the problem is not that bad and save me thousands of dollars. Just a few weeks ago a plumber told me we had a slab leak at a retail center and it would cost $29,000. LGC came out and it turns out the problem will only cost about $4K to repair. You won't find anyone more honest than them.
