Daron arrived to fix a leaky outdoor spigot. He immediately diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, discussed the risks, and when I approved replaced the exterior faucet within minutes. He tested his work and made sure the water was properly turned on and run through the house. He was a pleasure to work with. I will call Pure Plumbing again in the future for my plumbing needs and hope Daron is the technician sent to the call.

Clint was so amazing. We had an overflowing toilet, turns out roots had pierced the draining line. He figured out the problem, had a temporary fix in place same day (so we could take showers again), then did a full fix the next buisness day. It was fast, friendly service.

The tech was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me a brand new system like some other AV companies do. I was very happy with them.

Would not recommend Baker Brothers. Called and scheduled an appt. Re-confirmed the day before. Took off 4 hrs of work to ensure someone was home. Baker Brothers cancelled at the very end of the day saying they would need to re-schedule in a week. Don't waste your time (how much is it worth). We called for an annual heating unit service and Ben was the technician who came by our home. He was very courteous and informative. He gave us a detailed report on our furnace plus a suggestion to increase the efficiency. We enjoyed having him in our home and will ask for him next time we call Frymire Home Services. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH LYING COMPANY! On August 20 their technician arrived to fix a leak in my drain pan which had caused water spots on my ceiling. He told me that the drain lines needed cleaning and I needed a new drain pan. I showed him my guarantee and he said it did not cover the repair. But the form said they were supposed to call me to schedule an ac check. They never called me but when I called they disputed this with me. In the meantime their technician said the leak was fixed and that if I wanted a new drain pan it would be $325. The next morning I awoke to a hallway full of water. It had obviously not been fixed. I called them up and Steve Wilson himself said that the same drain pan would now be $475 because I had cussed out his employee. That is a complete lie. I merely complained that his man had not fixed the leak. This is classic bait and switch by Wilson Air conditioning.
