Best Heaters Air Conditioning in Dallas TX

Two new outside Carrier Infinity AC units and three new Infinity thermostats -- the third controlling a previously installed Carrier AC/furnace. Wow, the difference in cooling and dehumidifying is remakable! Our home is much more comfortable now that the new components are installed. Especially surprising, the older AC/Furnace system works much better simply because of the new Carrier Infinity thermostat. I just had Juan out yesterday to blow out ma AC drain and add a shut off valve. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to to, answered all my questions, checked out the system when he was finished, and told me to call if there were any problems. I hope this is the beginning of a long business relationship with Walker. Setting up the appt with Christy was easy, she listened to what I wanted done/needed done. Will definitely recommend Baker Brothers to anyone who need ac/heat install done! Cameron came out gave me all my options and was super informative and personable! I came to a decision and replaced my heat pump/compressor unit outside and my airhandler/furnace inside. I will say they are not the cheapest but they do very good work! They were able to come next day but I had them come out the following day. Juan came out with his teammate and worked hard all day, got it all setup and running. They were very detail oriented and clean! I have had alot of dealings with other company's since my system was a 15y/o goodman (not the best system). And these guys did a great job through and through. Very nice people and know what they are doing! Whenever I need services done again will definitely be calling them back, thank you guys again!

They were very helpful unfortunately I can't qualify for financial assistance but if I get the money I will definitely use them.

Chance was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered any and all questions I had. He was quick and thorough on his repairs. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

George arrived early, he was very professional, very knowledgeable and most importantly, he was honest. He walked us through everything that he was doing, from a troubleshooting standpoint, step by step. He was patient and answered all of our questions / concerns. I've been waiting for a fan motor that was supposed to be overnighted and installed for 2 1/2 days. Cannot get the service manager to return my calls. Levy is not what it was when Mr. Levy was alive. My family has been a customer of Levy's for decades. I've been told that there's a shortage of a/c parts, but that doesn't explain the lack of communication on the status of my part that was supposed to be overnighted.

The whole team from in the office to the crew who install and services are great. I appreciate how they went out of there way to find my heater with all the shortages and not put extra up charge like so many others . Thank you for your kindness and great work ethic
