Jacob was friendly, professional and completely the work in an efficient manner. I needed 3 drains cleared. He removed items from under the sinks and replaced them neatly and orderly. They give advance notice including a text message with technician's photo and the ability to track their arrival. Generally they have all necessary parts and complete the work quickly. Find them to be honest in their assessments of issues.

I made an appointment through their web form and was very promptly contacted to set up a time slot. Tony Lopez was personable, professional and efficient! shower's working like a dream again.

Tech arrived not only on time but early. I explained my problem. The Tech checked it out and explained why a part needed to be replaced and showed me the the replacement part. He also went so far as adding an additional part to improve the replacement at no extra charge.I've used Staggs Plumbing in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a major leak under my house and had 3 plumbing companies come out to diagnose and bud on the job including Jim from above all as he was Refered to me by a friend. Of the three companies I had come out, he is the only one that didn’t try to convince me I needed to replace all of my plumbing and even showed me on his camera that most of it was fine and working as it should. He saved me at least 6k that way. His team was fast and professional. After the repair, I leaned that that there was also an issue on the cities side of the plumbing and was causing a stoppage now that my climbing was fixed and it was actually getting to the city side, he came and diagnosed that and made a video for me to send to the city for free. He is the only plumber I will ever work with now.
