Called Tribeca Plumbing to repair our garbage disposal and take a look at our hot water heater, which was not heating water quickly. Last Monday, I quickly decided to phone 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC and they got back to me right away. I had a blockage issue that had caused a mess but they managed to fix it.

So far, I am really impressed they came to my house and thoroughly inspected (in order to give me a proposal). Josh was the repairman and Aaron the supervisor. Both seemed genuine in that I was told I needed less replacements than what I was expecting.

I called this company to fix a leaking water line in my yard. They quoted me $238.00 to make the repair and I told them to go ahead. When they finished (which was less than one hour) they presented me with a bill for over a thousand dollars! After some haggling, I got the bill down to $942.00 and paid it thinking that I could get a refund later after talking to the people who run the company. No dice! These people are total rip off artists and you would do very well to stay completely away from them.

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

On time, efficient repair

Travis has done several projects for us and has been the most trustworthy, reliable, fair and professional plumber we've worked with. He is fair with pricing, explains things clearly, and is responsive, honest, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. The quality of his work is fantastic and the peace of mind we have knowing we have his plumbing services available if needed cannot be understated. He also did an install of a water leak detector for us in addition to repairing our aging irrigation valves. Would highly recommend!

We had a toiler backup at the office and tried everything we could do to fix it. Wouldn't work! Beau and his team showed up and got our toilets unclogged. They were very professional and offered a great value for the money. Will definitely refer them to anyone needing plumbing services.

Hi there all you busy people. Thanks for taking the time to read this review and I hope that it finds you well and in need of a great Electrician.Let's start at the beginning. I started to get flickering lights, my garage door stopped opening automatically, the A/C went out along with my electric stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. I had partial power...meaning my TV worked and I had some lights in the house. I live in Texas, in incredibily HOT weather in the summer...and of course, when the A/C went out during the beginning of July in 100 degree heat I was terrified.I called my electric company (Oncor, BOO!) to help get the power going. I had no idea what was going on. They came out when I wasn't here and left a note on my door stating I would have to replace the part on the meter box because it wasn't their problem and they suggested I call an electrician to get the power going. Luckily I have a home warranty and they sent out J National Contractors from Dallas. Juan Chavelas made the call. My power went out on a Friday afternoon...the hottest part of the day and everyone was reluctant to come out on a weekend and they wanted an arm and leg for emergency calls. It was now Saturday afternoon and I still had no power. When Juan came out he was exhausted from working all day, but he still cared about my problem. He knew I was without power in 100 degree heat with no where to go. I don't have a lot of money for hotel rooms and no way to cook my food. He went right to work.Juan finished the job quickly without taking a break in the heat. He got my power back on in less than an hour. This kind of company, and man, go to show you that some people still care about the customer. Which is number one in my book. I don't normally do reviews unless someone goes above and beyond the call of duty. This company is now going to be my go to company when I need an electrician. If you need good people who care about the customer and not just the money, please go with them. Their efficient friendly attitude is so refreshing in a world that's filled with so many people who are just there for the paycheck and don't care about your problems. So please, go with J National if you need a good reference
