Update: I have still not received a call back, but did get a response regarding this review. I have not been given another option, all I was told was that they would get back to me on what could be done and the cost, which has not happened.I had Cody & Sons look fix a leak in my shower. After the first visit, they were to order parts needed. It has now been a month since that first visit and I still have not heard anything about a part being ordered. I had to call at least 7 times to get any type of return call as they are TERRIBLE at communication, and from my experience, at customer service. It's disappointing as they are rated very highly and came recommended by a friend that works there.Again, it's been 1 month for a leak in the shower and all I get from them is I'll have a manager call.

Meh. They came out quickly. Paid about $280 for a service called that included an estimate, drain snake and analysis of another problem (that couldn't be fixed).

Great job! I was impressed with the work and I will call 24 HR Emergency Plumber Dallas INC for help again if needed.Just a few hours later all the taps were running and it was great after having a cut out water supply for close to two days.

2 units installed with various problems that had to be corrected. Then to top it off they didn't submit my warranty that I was told not to do because they would take care of it. I heard so many excuses over the phone. In the end they replied he didn't get back to me because he was sick and in the hospital. So at first I felt bad but then I realized this was going on for months and a company this size has backup. They don't just leave customers hanging out on a limb. BUT, THEY DID!

Ben Garcia came through and helped us out when our drains were obstructed. He was professional, friendly, and kept us informed through the whole process. We always knew exactly what was happening as it was happening, and from the first call to completion, the job took less than 2 full days. Definitely recommend Mr. Rooter and Ben!

I have use this company for years. They are always on time and do great work. They seem to know all the problems we have with the homes built in The Colony. I have given out their phone number to several people that are now calling the company when they having plumbing problems.

Flow Plumbing is excellent with customer service and communication! Toni in the office is fantastic and super friendly! As a business owner- our facility had two slab leaks in a matter of a week... Flow made this a painless process and their bids came in tremendously lower than other plumbing companies!I recommend! 5 stars!

Travis and his team have done several plumbing jobs for us in our home and a 2nd home with renters. We have found him to be honest and incredibly knowledgeable. Always on time and does what he says he will do for the price agreed. Very reasonable pricing and is pleasant! We will continue to use him for all our plumbing work, large or small!

These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.

Did not solve our problem and ran up the bill. After four hours, wanted to come back for a video scope for $500+. to see what they needed to do. Called another plumber who solved the problem in 20 minutes. Should have believed their one-star review in yelp
