Best Water Pressure Issues in Columbus OH

Anyone is better then this company! Literally, anyone! Hired them to do a full plumbing job. It would be completed in phases. Signed all necessary contracts and waited 2 months for them to begin the project. The day before, they were to start they raised the price from 6,200 (phase 1 - checking and testing current plumbing in 3 bathroom and a laundry room) to 48,000.00. There was no reasonable explanation given for this . The entire project (all phases ) was bid for approximately 35k (not including the kitchen or any underground piping). During this same call, I was told the entire project would now be 150,000.00. NOTHING changed in the plan. This is a scam organization. They will breech their contracts when convenient. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

They were very professional and they took the time to give us updates while working on our outside lines. My husband and I work nights and it's a but difficult for us to schedule and play phone tag, but they are very easy to schedule with. Thank you for coming all the way out to Circleville!

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Plumbing 1 team came out to help check out lines to make sure we had no blockages. They took care of all of our issues and addressed all concerns. Tom and JD did a fantastic job and we will be calling them for all of our plumbing needs.

The first time I use this company was because I had actually called on them in a previous job and remember them being so nice. I also could not get my normal plumbing company (at the time) to come out as quickly as I needed them. Connie is extremely knowledgeable and has given me great tips and tricks to prevent pipes freezing, what to do when pipes burst, and preventing it from happening again. I’ve use this company time and time again and will continue to do so based on her expertise alone. But the work they do is also fantastic-the prices are fair, the employees are also on time, they clean up after themselves, and they get the job done. Extremely professional. Highly, highly recommend.

They did an excellent job of replacing my old cast iron drain lines. Very polite and professional. I recommend flush drains to all my friends and family.

I utilized 1-Tom Plumber for an emergency frozen pipe. Since that time, I called them back several times to replace a sump pump, replace bathroom sink fixtures and install a new valve for our sprinkler system. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
