Tammy was great getting me scheduled quickly and same day. Christian was great getting my kitchen drain unclogged. Ive used plumbing and drain for years and highly recommend them.

We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

Didn't seem very interested in helping me. $65 charge for 5 minutes here, only to tell me that it was draining fine. I appreciate the owners williness to help with the situation. He offered to come out and access the issue and try to give some other solution to stop the debris from going to the top of the drain. Never had an owner call me before to help. Thank you

These two very knowledgeable techs came out to the house. They recognized that a special-order plumbing fixture needed to be ordered.
Mr. Alvin, and Taylor were very polite...wore masks and shoe covers....
For, the time being, they simply charged a modest Service Call.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Had Mike out today and he did a phenomenal job, exceeded my expectations by a mile! The work looks amazing and best part is that I finally have water pressure again. Called this company to replace a garbage disposal after a plumber from another plumbing company with the initials RR gave me an estimate of $500.00 to replace the garbage disposal although I provided the replacement unit. Tommy and JD came to the house and after a few minutes Tommy got the garbage disposal working again. Returned the unit that I had already purchased. A week later Tommy and JD returned to the house to replace the kitchen faucet and fix a leaking shower head. They were professional, worked quickly and Tommy even cleaned up the mess under the sink from a badly corroded faucet. I highly recommend Plumbing One and will use them again whenever a need arises. Tommy has an awesome sense of humor and genuinely cares about his customers, as a result he gets my Best Plumber Award.

The crew sent in was very polite and worked well around my needs. They worked fast and clean. I am enjoying our new, safer shower. They worked easily with the VA for payment due to my disability. I highly recommend this business for all of any plumbing needs.

We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that come through the kitchen ceiling. The first company we contacted was a week out on appointments. When they did come out they didn't have the parts and then didn't come back when they said they would. We contacted Hesson plumbing who came that day and fixed it that day. He also left his tool box when having to leave for parts to reassure me that they would indeed come back and fix it. They have a customer for life and my recommendation to anyone who needs a plumber.

Don't mess with this company they are crooks ripped my mom off for 29000 and didn't finish the job he is a very crooked guy

Extremely professional. Very open and honest pricing. We had a toilet that was constantly running and getting clogged. Mike gave us some options and pricing up front. He also gave us some prevention tips for the future.
