I am very happy with the service I received. Manny was very professional, he stayed until he was absolutely sure my whole system was working properly. He is very knowledgeable and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way.

The tech arrived quickly and he was masked and gloved. He was able to tell us that both furnace and hot water heater were fine despite the basement flooding. He showed us how to light both after they were dried out. And he left not charging us anything!!

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

I wasn't sure what we'd get with using our home warranty company, but these guys were awesome! They were able to come earlier than we thought and finished the work in about an hour. We initially called for our sink not draining but as they were checking things they noted that our shower wasn't draining either and fixed that at the same time. These guys were so sweet and knowledgeable. I'd totally call them next time we have plumbing issues!
