Guys were awesome, super friendly and definitely knoweledgable. They clearly explained how they were going to diagnose the problem and broke down the options along with the cost (which I appreciate). They arrived on time and were true professionals. Took them about 30 minutes to fix the problem and they even checked the rest of my system to see if there were any potential issues I should address. Great work and I will definitely use your services again in the future and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

Justin and Michael were excellent in repairing and replacing our sump pump and grinder in our lower level of our home. They both went way beyond doing a regular job and stayed well past the usual time for this type of repair. They kept us informed all the way through the process, cleaned up well and left us with a complete summary of what they did to remedy our problem. I would use Apex again and would request both of these men to do another job or repair.

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional. Along with the rest of the staff we have used through custom care. We were very pleased with Montana. Thank you very much.

We have used Drainbusters in the past and they have always done well. During recent issues, we used a bigger company that charged way more. Looking back at my past invoices I noticed Drainbusters was there and decided to go back to them. Glad I did. For this most recent job, we never got a call back from the other big company, but Drainbusters came the next day. Jason came in a quickly got the sewer line cleaned out. Always friendly, was here early, and got the job done. I will be going with Drainbusters in the future!

John and Blake were very professional and polite. They came out to my house after hours actually after there company Christmas party. They were very clean and explained everything they were going to do and at the end of the work they explained again. I will be recommending thus company to anyone that is in need of plumbing of any kind.

I called with an emergency on Friday at 1pm, not only did they answer on the first ring but the had someone out within an hour. They had to clean out the main drain out of our house that was blocked and backed up causing problems. This is the second time i have used them and am completely happy with the service. The two man crew that showed up were professional and put down protective blankets so my Trex deck wouldn't get scratched. Thanks again.

Their site says 24hrs but it took them 4 days to come out for a call. Their excuse was that they were out of the office for the weekend. The appointment window was 1pm-5pm. The tech didn't arrive until almost 6pm. When the tech came out I explained that the water heater pilot light had kept going out. He didnt check any lines or open up the panel to check the components. He simply lit it again, said that it was fine since it stayed on almost 10 minutes. The same night the pilot light was out again.
