Best Septic Tank in Columbus OH

My initial service call window was from 10:15-12:15 and my plumber arrived at 2:45. I don’t know what prices normally are but I was quoted almost 1k for toilet hook up, flange replacement and he had to add a extension piece out of the wall. The guy who came out to my home was great, professional however prices seemed high and at the end of the day I still have a toilet that wasn’t working and I’m out close to 1k.

From the person who answered the phone when I called for an appointment, Taylor, to the technician who came to my house, James, this was a really great experience! I called Thursday morning at 9am not thinking I could get a same day appointment but Taylor was able to schedule a technician visit for the same day between 1 & 6pm! I then received a text message confirming my appointment and a second text with the name and picture of my technician, James. I loved that because it made me feel safe that I knew exactly who was coming to my home!! That was new to me but very much appreciated!!Then I got a text about an hour or so before my appointment telling that if it was alright with me, my technician would arrive 35 minutes EARLY! So great!!James arrived and from beginning to end, he was focused on delivering a wonderful experience! After he finished everything and had cleaned up my kitchen (my kitchen sink was blocked) he answered my questions and explained the steps I needed to follow to avoid this problem from happening again!Plus they had a $25 first time customer coupon that was online, win-win!!Would I use Apex again, YES!! And now that I know the other services that they offer, I will definitely be calling again someday! Thank you James, Taylor and Apex!!

I would like to communicate my positive experience with Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc. After having water backed up in my basement several times and calling numerous other plumbers, no one could seem to locate the problem. The City of Columbus came out twice, as well, but they could not find anything wrong. Every time we had substantial rains, the water would back up into my basement.

Finally, I called Chuck’s Septic Tank, Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc., and they found the problem right away. They found the lines were never connected at the street, which was causing the water to back up into my basement.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are very knowledgeable, efficient and fair. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
