Best Septic System Maintenance in Columbus OH

They unclogged the drain very quickly. They were here around one hour - part of the time just talking to us. The area was not cleaned up sufficiently. The charge was OUTRAGEOUS!!!! $350.?!?!?! for one hour's work!!!! I was totally shocked! Probably will NOT use Rotod Rooter again.

The guys were on time, gave an accurate estimate, did the work, and were gone within one hour. No mess, very polite, job well done. I'll use them going forward.UPDATE: Used this business again (the best endorsement, really), and they were just as fast, efficient, and honest as the first time. It's tough to get anyone that can come out as quickly as Apex, and they do the job well. Highly recommended.

They came the same day. We had an issue that needed immediate attention. Could not get anybody to come. The guy (Jerrod) was very nice and knowledgeable about pumping out the system. Also the drain was plugged up. He also got it unplugged for me. Did a great job. The company is in Grove City. Gave us an eta. Of when they would be here.

DO NOT USE. If your warranty company assigns them, ask for a new one. They came out, inspected our water heater and said Yep you need a new one, here is the estimate $359 for the things the warranty company doesn't cover, sign here and we will order, could take 2-4weeks because of pandemic to get the tank in. I called to follow up, no answers (multiple times). Finally I got ahold of someone and he said Im busy but Ill call you back. Our warranty company got involved and also couldn't get ahold of them. I left multiple messages. Its over 2 mos now and no water heater, no response and they closed the ticket with the warranty company like they had done the work. Warranty company is going to take care of us with someone else but this company is not real.
