Communication has been superb and installation was completed professionally. They were able to provide a direct replacement for our water heater which was atypical for most residential applications. Most of their competitors wouldn’t even consider installing a direct replacement (even though the replacement heater was available).

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

The pressure valve started leaking on my hot water tank. I called Plumbing One and they were quick to assist! They were able to replace the valve in like 10 minutes! Did not over charge me or try to over sell me! Thank you so much!!

Tim and his crew did a great job under difficult circumstances in installing our shower and faucets. I have used his company for many other projects and highly recommed their work. His employees are professional w a yes sir no sir attitude. When they installed the plumbing for the shower it was all at perfect right angles ....it even looked professional. The other work was very challenging working w the very tight tollerances our bathroom had including adapting the furniture and the shower to make everything work. They did a marvelous job.

We had a small leak coming from our upstairs bathroom, their employee replaced the part and wax ring around the toilet, but DID NOT TIGHTEN the connection properly. This resulted in a much larger problem and leak than we had initially, and caused much more damage to our downstairs ceiling. We called the plumber immediately after explaining that something wasn't right, but he belittled my wife and basically blew her off three times. It was only when I called and insisted that he go back to check that he did, saw that he screwed up, and fixed it properly. Oh, and they refused to do anything about the damage to the ceiling below. With so many plumbers in the area, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Your employees need to start paying attention to private tow-away zones in the Short North and Italian Village. Next time, the van will be towed.

I had an annual inspection of my AC unit accomplished by Matt. He was very courteous and professional taking the time to explain potential future issues with my AC unit and provided information on parts replacement with prices that will allow me to plan accordingly to get this taken care of. Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
