The technician and his supervisor were very knowledgeable and helpful! They spent a couple hours cleaning a drain clogged with roots, and helped talk over solutions to ensure it doesn’t happen again. They were so nice and respectful to my home!

My water heater broke overnight and after getting a quote the next morning, ARS was able to install a new unit by mid afternoon. Of course it was pricey for a rapid turnaround and some copper piping work, but after the install, the techs did a run through with me so I knew how everything worked and made sure to answer any questions I had.

We could not be more pleased. The appointment was 10am. Dave showed up, ready to go, at 9:30. He went right to it—drained the old water heater and disconnected it; removed it and brought in the new tank; put it in place and completed the installation. The whole job probably took and hour and a half at the most.
He also pointed out that our galvanized system was most likely in need of replacement and gave us a fair quote. When the time comes we will be calling him to do that job.
Dave was pleasant, professional, and fair. Kristy and I highly recommend him.

My service tech was Daniel Driscoll. Daniel was very kind and respectful. He got right to work on solving my problem. He told me the options I had, which was a repair or a new install. He allowed me to make that decision without any pressure from him. Daniel acted in a very professional way, not lazy, hard-working. We needed a shower cartridge replaced. I tried to do it and stripped the screw. Tyler called 30 minutes before coming. He did a great job getting the stripped screw out and changed the cartridge. He was very professional and friendly. I will use Amanda again!

Our furnace wasn't kicking on and we called early friday morning, was told they could push us in, by friday night we knew what the problem was and our furnace was working again.
