I had an emergency and a friendly, professional tech came out right away. I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

We had a gentleman come and do the video inspection. He sent his camera all the way to the drop into the city sewer system. Fortunately for us, the lines relatively clean and in excellent working condition. He was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing this type of service.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Mike did a fantastic job. Came out within an hour of my call. He quickly found the leaking gas valves and replaced. Pressurized lines and showed me. Assisted in calling Columbia Gas to get service restored that day without any issues. No BS and got the job done. Prior company tried to say we needed all new gas lines and fittings. Would use again. Had a sump pump go out. Made the call and they were here in less than 1 hour. Tech was very friendly. Pricing was on point. I have used different companies before but Best Plumbing knocked it out of the park.

Don has done outstanding work for us every time we have had him come in. That includes installing a new door and preparing the family room for new carpet - removal of carpet (including taking it out to street for trash) and sealing the floor. We highly recommend him!

Called atlas butler to come diagnose the issues I was having with my Atlas butler system, tech came said he could not diagnose the issue because the fan would not turn on, well that was the issue to begin with, fan not turning on all the time.Was not informative or knowledgeable about anything just said “whole system needs replaced” and could be up to 15kCall a smaller company that cares about the customer and giving correct information on how to get fixed.
