Gary R. was phenomenal! He was friendly and welcoming when I met him outside which made me comfortable with him entering my home. He found my water leak in less then 5 minutes and showed me exactly what is leaking on my basement. Thank you! I will definitely use y’all’s services again!

We had a block in our main sewer line and it was backed up into our basement. We called a different company first. They spent 6 hours trying to unclog it, and then left because the root was too big to cut. Drainmaster came out and after a couple minutes, they knew the line was broken and that a Columbia Gas contractor had damaged our line. They quickly and correctly identified the problem. We are now getting it fixed. Next time I need a plumber, I will be quick to call them. I would recommend you do the same.

I did some tile jobs for this company in Indiana and never ask money at front and I pay material when the job was finished the owner chuck ball ask me why so much and wanna payme less after that he start lying about things I say if something there you don't like we here to fix but he say no we not allowed there and they don't wanna pay me more than 5,000 dollars I don't recommend this company they need to pay

Had a competitors (Trane) furnace stop working this week and service was 1 day out, however, Atlas Butler was available in 30 mins to get out and start the repair. Parts had to be ordered, but Jacob drove twice to competitors WH to pickup and install. He spent a lot of time with Trane on phone to troubleshoot and ensure the repair was under my parts warranty, saving me money as well. Great communication! Very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend. Great job Jacob!

I can't thank the Waterman team enough for our whole house water filtration system. If you are buying bottle water, you are throwing your money away and you are only solving a small piece of the problem. This system is whole house (drinking, cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc..). And if you think your tap water isn't full of dirt and chemicals, think again!! See pictures below. Best health and piece of mind investment we've made in a long time. And its actually very affordable and Waterman's customer service is outstanding.

This guy is very unreliable. He came to my home gave me a price and said he would have someone else come out to work on it later and he would call me to let me know what time the person would be over. i waited 3 hours before i called and asked him if they were still going to come he said he would call back and never did. he is very unprofessional and im glad i went somewhere else.
