They made me apply for financing before figuring out the problem which was that the electric company hit the sewer line. Instead of cancelling our financing (as the electric company admitted fault) and billing them (as the said they pay) they billed us and now we're struck dealing with the nightmare.Also, our yard was left a wreck, my garden hose was used and left sitting in sewage when they were done. Supervisor gave me hell for asking they clean up and now we still have to deal with them billing us!Don't sign a thing until you know for sure what the problem is!

Had a leak in the gas line, they came out when they said, they were very clear on their billing, explained the problem clearly and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Would definitely hire again.

Trevor was great and I would highly recommend his business. Responsive, knowledgeable about product options and the work to be performed. After and during installation of the water heater Trevor cleaned everything around the area. Very nice to deal with. Came right out to view the issue and worked us rapidly into his schedule to perform the work. Will be using him again after the holidays for some other plumbing needs we have. Gary was prompt, polite, and friendly. He answered any and all questions. He also disconnected and reconnected a gas line and moved a stove so new flooring could be installed. Does excellent work.

My recent repair service was very satisfactory, the technician was here during the time promised, the repair was completed quickly and without any problems. I appreciate the consideration given by the company. We have been customers of American Air for many many years and always happy with the service.

So my home warranty company sent them out to me to diagnose my hot water heater. They never contacted me to schedule an appointment, I got the appointment date and time from my home warranty company, which i thought was odd) A guy showed up on the scheduled day and between the time the was allotted. He did his estimate and had me sign it and gave me a copy and stated that it would be a few days before i would hear back from the warranty company. Long story short, I got the approval, but when i called to schedule, no answer and left a voicemail. of course NEVER heard back from them, So ended up having another company come in and replace. so if this is how they treat Home Warranty customers, wonder how they treat paying customers. all i know is I would not call them for anything !!!!
