I had an emergency and a friendly, professional tech came out right away. I had called a couple of the larger plumbing companies first and they didn't have anyone they could send out for at least 24 hours. P & D Professionals are locally owned and operated and that makes a big difference - your business really matters to them.

Their service technician Devin was fast and friendly only took him 5 minutes to unclog our drain

We purchased a home with an existing, older pool that has been a series of 'revolving repairs' over the years that I have been mostly able to diagnose and fix myself. I experienced another water-loss issue this year that I could not isolate. Kudos to Steve W (Wolfie) for pressurizing all of the lines, checking the pool light and skimmer and then dawning his 'dry suit' to enter my 58 degree pool and fix a faulty hydrostatic valve at the bottom of the deep end. I had visions of pavers coming up, concrete being sawn and removed and a late start to summer fun - whew! When my friends with pools have issues and ask me what to do, I give them ALD's number. When they ask me if they are good I reply, without hesitation, best in the business! Thanks again for the fast help and expert advice!

ERA Plumbing did a great job with repair of my water heater. The repairs ended up taking longer than expended waiting for the manufacturer to diagnose problem and send the right parts. Even came on Saturday to work on it. Couldn’t be happier with their service and work ethic. Definitely would recommend giving them a call.
