The guy showed up looked at my toilet then went down stairs and checked the drain. Told it would cost $125. Then unclog the toilet and we talked for a bit then he left. He made sure not to make a mess and told me how to fix my problem so I don't run in to the same issue in the future

Clogged toilet on a Sunday. Called Mr. Rooter they said between 3-5pm. Will showed up around 2:30pm. Very professional. Tried a couple things and each time he explained what he was going to do and the costs. Each time the thing he tried didn't work and he explained that there would be no charge for that attempt. He then removed the toilet and found that our remodeling contractor (we just had the bathroom done this summer) left the old wax ring on the toilet when he re-installed it on a new wax ring, thus causing the toilet to back up and other methods to fail when clearing it. Will re-installed the toilet with a new wax ring after removing the old ones. He cleaned up the area and left after being in our house for about 3 hours. And he had to hear us watching the Steelers game in the other room. Mr. Rooter is now our plumber! Will Huffman was great!!

I called Gary (owner) on a sat afternoon Memorial Day weekend. He was at a current job, but assured me he would drive across town to help me out when he was finished. He showed up by 6pm to my home and worked on a clogged pipe under my sink that was leaking everywhere . He was extremely professional and friendly . He fixed my issue and gave me some great advise. My company built a multi family building which presented a leak which no other company was able to find. American leak detection came in and located the leak in a very strategic fashion without any damage to the structure. It was captivating to watch them work. It was very methodical and they explained why they were doing what they were doing every step of the way. I just wish we had called them earlier before we cut drywall and removed flooring to try to find the leak our self. I would absolutely call them first in the future. The work was not straight forward, as my house was built 120 years ago and has uneven floors and a low ceiling in the basement, but the two plumbers that arrived quickly assessed the situation and fixed both issues within an hour. Cost was reasonable and both wore masks and gloves the whole time to be sensitive to the pandemic restrictions. I recommend them to homeowners on the southside!

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.
