I woke up this morning to find water in my basement. A friend from work highly recommended this company so I called and to my surprise the owner answered my call at 6am. He insisted he could send a technician ASAP but I was already on my way to work. I was very grateful they were able to work around my schedule and was able to take care of my problem on my lunch break. It's nice to find a local plumbing company that offers same day service. Very Impressed!

I was quoted $20k by a reputable company to handle the issue with my sewer and basement. I called Drainmaster, and not only was the repair a fraction of the price, it was handled within days of my initial call. 10/10 recommend!

Did a major replace and repair of my parent's well system from well pump, lines, connectors, tank etc and had them change the sump also. It was $8k in work, not sure how the cost compared to other since we needed it fixed immediately, but it seems like they did a good job with timely communications and Derrick and Dan was friendly and professional. More importantly they treated my parents with respect.

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Called this company to come identify a problem in my basement bathroom. Four men came out, first two were very kind and walked me through some options but could not identify the problem so they sent two more men out. I’ve now paid for 2 visits and a “travel fee” and nothing was fixed or resolved. After months of waiting for a “part to come in” and countless follow ups by me, I’m now getting zero responses.

I am sorry to leave poor feedback on any business, but they quoted me one price after a competitive bid process I undertook to find a plumber, started work, and then tripled their price. Further, they were weeks overdue to complete the work before refusing to complete it unless I paid them more money. I am forced to go elsewhere, delaying a move-in date. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but it never happened. Sorry guys, but if you make a promise, you need to keep it.
