After a terrible experience with another American Home Shield plumbing contractor, SewerQuest was sent by AHS to address a stoppage in my main sewer line. TJ was extremely punctual, professional, and thorough, explaining the problem to me in detail. Shoe came out to diagnose a faulty water heater. He was a pleasure to have in our home, diagnosed the problem quickly, and provided reasonable options for resolution. We decided to replace the water heater since it was pretty old and he was able to get a new tankless unit installed the next day. Expectations for cost, timing, and placement of the water heater were all communicated very clearly up front and there were no surprises when the work was done. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
