I called saying that water had poured down through my ceiling when shower was being used, and was with out use of my bathroom. Person answering the phone seemed disinterested in my issue, and somewhat annoyed that I even called. She said that it would be a week until they could fit me in, unless I paid after hour rates. Guess I will be moving on to the next number on my list.

They do it right and take pictures to show before and afters. Quite clean afterwards. Took about 4 hours to clean 20 vents and air returns.
