Best Gas Line Replacement in Columbus OH

We bought a home and this company was assigned to fix the underground drain as part of the repair we requested to get done on the house. After we move into the house we found out one drainage was No working properly and one was repair poorly. We thought they neglected to provide the proper repair needed for the underground damage. They claim to understand how underground would works but now we stuck having the drain repair again. Dont trust this company specially for realstate transaction. They take all the $ for a half job. Really bad experience.

We recently replaced our clothes dryer because we thought it was going bad. Then our new dryer began having the same issues drying laundry.When a service person came to look the new dryer and clean the vent system, he pointed out the shoddy work on my dryer vent system by Waterworks.Waterworks installed a new wall water heater in our home in 2017. Waterworks used several feet of foil venting to reroute the dryer vent system. (Every dryer has a warning not to use foil venting.) Waterworks also adding so many angles and turns to the foil that it makes cleaning the venting system impossible. They've also they have created a fire hazard in our home.When I called Waterworks about the issue, their customer service rep told me I would be responsible for any service calls made to my home to review their work. When I complained about the charge she spoke with her supervisor and then came back and said if they send out a service person I would be responsible for any repairs that are required.Additionally, I asked to speak with the owner or the supervisor. Not sure it the owner was there but the supervisor refused to come to the phone.Terrible customer service.I'm not done with this issue!

A competitor quoted me an outrageous fee for a same day service call on a water heater and sump pump emergency. I googled to find what turns out to be my neighborhood, multi-generational plumber. They fit me in their schedule and had me up and going for less than my labor alone would have been with the other guy. Very satisfied.

Anthony was very thorough explaining what was needed for replacing constantly leaking kitchen faucet (installed in the 1990's). A variety of options were discussed in detail. Once the decision was made, the faucet and under the sink piping were installed. Anthony tested for leaks multiple times. Once he was satisfied there were none, finished the job. Throughout the process he kept his working area clean of debris. Shout out to Anthony for clearing the disinegrating wet particle board under the sink and leaving the area spotless. While disconnecting outdoor hose for the winter I heard a snap and the sound of water rushing into the basement. I had to shut the water off to the house as there was no shut off valve. That was 2pm on a Saturday. I called several other plumbers and was put on a wait list for Monday.From the first interaction when they picked up the phone there was no doubt they understood going 2 days without water wasn’t really an option. They took all my information and said they’d send the next available technician out. I was expecting Saturday night. He was at my house at 430PM.He took a look gave me options to fix it. Explained in depth why it broke and within. A couple of hours had water back onIt’s been awhile since I’ve been able to leave a 5 star review. But from initial contact right through job completion was handled flawlesslyThanks for a job well done and restoring faith in customer service

Don't fall for this, it's a scam they will take your deposit money and run away! They use different adresses to mislead and write different goods reviews to trick you.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

Tim came out on short notice and fixed my shower cartridge after another company tried to “fix” it. The other company was going to try to bill me for more work than what was needed and I called these guys to come out and fix the problem after I told the other company to leave. Tim was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and his company if your looking for a quality repair and a reasonable price. Don’t make the mistake I did and just call him first.

Great communication, and calls if there are questions or things that haven't been discussed vs. doing what's easiest. Takes pride in his work, which is hard to find in this field. I had the worst experience with a competitor that was 4 hours outside the repair window so I called these guys. Unfortunately, they couldn't come out right away, but they had a cancelation and called back. They were here in no time and knew exactly what I needed. Repaired my kitchen sink, made sure everything worked properly and answered any questions I had.

Miller Ranney is great! We recently moved into our home and have had several issues. Miller-Ranney is the company that has been contacted through our ABC Home Warranty. They have had to replace our sump pump and our sewage ejector pump. Each time they have come to our home, they have been great. They will definitely be our official plumbing company to contact with any plumbing issues. So professional. Really great and trustworthy.

I called McDermott Plumbing for a second estimate on a new water heater after getting a bad feeling from a high pressure sales pitch from Atlas Butler for a new water heater. Mike was very professional when inspecting the unit and gave an honest assessment about the cost to repair vs cost to replace. I ultimately went with installing a new water heater and the cost was about $500 less than Atlas Butler. Mike did a great job explaining everything and cleaning up afterward and I would definitely call again!

I've been doing business with OHP for years and they have very good service and good people working for them. I'm very pleased. Connie tries hard to help anyone with a problem.

I had called these guys out because my water bill was over $400 last month. I was panicking and didn’t know where to start. They had a Technician named Grant out here that same day! He diagnosed my problem and while it wasn’t the cheapest, I am very happy with the work that was done and how quickly they were able to get this done for me. They had to dig outside and fix my leaking pipe. Very pleased with how everything turned out and I will only call them in the future!
