Do yourself a favor and ask for Torrey. He was super professional and really cared about helping us with a clogged drain. I can’t recommend Mr.Rooter enough! While other companies told me it would be close to 4-6 hours to be at my house, Mr.Rooter sent Torrey out in about one hour. Thank you again!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. I cannot say enough positive things about Mike Young with this company! He is so wonderful and was fantastic! He was the nicest, most professional plumber EVER! He even recommended me change things with my current washer and dryer that I didn’t even think about! He fixed my water heater, moved it and plumbed another item for me! was in and out in less than a day! Love this company! Very economical as well! He even removed old appliances for us and the left the place better than ever!!

We had our garbage disposal replaced and aftewards we heard a grinding noise. We talked to Tom at Plumbing One on the phone and he said it sounded like something was stuck in it. He suggested that we run ice cubes down it which we did and it cleared it up. Very professional and courteous!

Communicated twice for an estimate. Never heard back from them again! Lucky and found a very reliable professional and got the job done.

Just recently had them replace our hot water heater. It went out in the evening and was leaking. They came out quickly to inspect things and they were able to replace it the next day. They were great with communication, professional and reasonably priced. This is not the first time we have used their services and they will always be my first call when we have a plumbing issue!

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.
