Best Gas Leak Repair in Columbus OH
After being treated very badly by a competitor, I called G&M. I couldn't have been more pleased. Aaron was responsive, professional and kept in close communication during the process. I found their prices to be fair and their recommendations on future work valid as well. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We recently replaced our clothes dryer because we thought it was going bad. Then our new dryer began having the same issues drying laundry. When a service person came to look the new dryer and clean the vent system, he pointed out the shoddy work on my dryer vent system by Waterworks.Waterworks installed a new wall water heater in our home in 2017. Waterworks used several feet of foil venting to reroute the dryer vent system. (Every dryer has a warning not to use foil venting.) Waterworks also adding so many angles and turns to the foil that it makes cleaning the venting system impossible. They've also they have created a fire hazard in our home. When I called Waterworks about the issue, their customer service rep told me I would be responsible for any service calls made to my home to review their work. When I complained about the charge she spoke with her supervisor and then came back and said if they send out a service person I would be responsible for any repairs that are required.Additionally, I asked to speak with the owner or the supervisor. Not sure it the owner was there but the supervisor refused to come to the phone.Terrible customer service.I'm not done with this issue!

Fritz Baumann Plumbers repaired a leaking pipe behind my washing machine and reconfigured piping under tub. Technician Blair was able to troubleshoot the problem areas quickly and solved my plumbing problems. Both plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable. So glad I contacted Fritz Baumann & Sons. I would highly recommend them.

Seth was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and wore shoe covers while in my home. He provided me with 2 options to address my bathtub faucet issue, thoroughly explained both options, and patiently addressed all of my follow-up questions. I would use this plumbing service again. Thanks, Seth!

Came out on short notice and did a great job. Cleaned out 2-drains and installed a new toilet. After they were gone there was no sign that they had even been there.

We had Muetzel replace our A/C and furnace after our Air Conditioner crapped out on us during the hottest week of the year. They worked us into their schedule so we didn't have to go too long without A/C and the install of both units went extremely quick! Their guys were allvery professional and friendly and did one heck of a job. They will definitely be my go to company for future HVAC and plumbing work!

They replaced a sum pump months ago, and did a great job. Unfortunately, the pump ended up being defective. As soon as it first failed, we called them and they came right away, identified the problem, fixed it and did not charge us anything as the pump was under warranty. They were very friendly and professional.Just our luck... a day later I heard a sounds like a shower on, while nobody was taking a shower. I later realized that a pipe had burst, and there was lots of water - like a shower - coming from the pipe into the basement. The house is old, and this happened late at night. We called them again, explained the urgency, and they came in just an couple of hours. They fixed it on the spot. It was a bit pricy, but we were able to fix it fast, sleep with the peace of mind, and take a warm shower in the morning! Thank you!

Rick came out on short notice Friday afternoon and got our plumbing up to code so the city could inspect the line and install a new meter. When the city was unable to fix the issue (blocked pipe from construction they were doing) Rick came back out on Saturday and was able to repair the line and get our water running again.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Thank You A Sterling!!! :) :) :)

I talked with Matt from Accurate yesterday. Since he doesn't have a jetter yet, he told me that cleaning out the drain might not get it all, and it would cost me more money if I'd have to get someone different to come jet it yet. I appreciate his honesty, and would not hesitate to use his services in the future.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

Over the last 3 years, I have contracted Calhoun Plumbing for faucet replacement, water heater installation and leaking pipe repair in my two homes. Here are 3 surprises: 1 - hefty upcharge on parts price, 2 - poor or incomplete quality, and 3 - lack of responses.
1. Parts Upcharge. I have to agree with another customer's review of Calhoun's hefty upcharge on parts price. An $8.78 SharkBite at Lowe's became $34.77 on Calhoun's invoice. Two pieces of clip tie became $5.00 on Calhoun's invoice. When I called Max, the service rep, no one ever called back. You be the judge. Is this sort of Upcharge reasonable? Is it fair for a Plumber to bill you for the time they had to travel to a hardware store to get parts that they don't have in their truck?
2A. Poor & Incomplete Faucet repair - you be the judge if this faucet work is acceptable. I bought a new faucet to replace an old one. Calhoun's service man decided to repair the old one instead. But after he left, I discovered the faucet became leaking and inoperable. If you look at the attached photos, you will see the faucet is completely out of alignment.
2B - Poor Quality - you be the judge if a water heater is supposed to set up like a Leaning Tower of Pisa. If you look at the photos, you will see the water heater is not straight up aligned to the wall or the furnace. This new water heater was installed over 2 years ago. But when Mike (another Calhoun Service man) and Max came to repair a leaking pipe, Mike, without knowing the water heater was installed by Calhoun, he immediately pointed it out that how wrong the water heater was installed and the water heater indeed was pulling the pipe away. Max told me that he would report the incident when he returned to the office and I would expect a call from Calhoun to discuss how to fix their poor installation and incomplete faucet work. I have not yet received any call.
