Brandyn was professional and communicative about the diagnosis and plan. Unrelated to the leak, he offered to use his air pump from his truck to help fill our van tire that had a puncture while he was here. Scheduling was easy, with quick response time. I called at 7am, and he was here by 10am.

After a basement flood causing no hot water and calling several companies, with extremely long wait times. No hot water for more than 3 days, not being able to get the hot water heater pilot lit as it had been under water. I called Mr. Rooter late in the evening, I told them my situation, and that another company had me on a 3 week wait to get hot water! The receptionist was empathetic and polite she assured me they would get someone out if not that night the next morning for sure. As promised the tech arrived and quickly inspected the problem, ran cameras through my drainage systems and replaced my hot water heater in no time!Thank you Aaron! You have another satisfied customer! I now know I should have called Mr. Rooter to begin with. Will do business with again!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Great customer service!!! Fast and efficient!!! My business had backed up drains at 11pm. I called plumbing one they were out in about 20min did a quik assessment of the problem wasted no time got the problem fixed and saved me from closing down that evening!!

Was having a panic attack thinking it was the roots from a tree in my mainline and I was going to half to have a backhoe come out in my backyard for three grand. Guy came out and told me that 90% of the time this machine takes care of it and to calm down and not panic. He was right and pulled out a lot of roots from my main line and got it totally clear. then he told me what to buy at Home Depot and Lowe's once every month or two to stop the routes from growing in my line. So not only did he keep me calm but he fixed the problem and then told me how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I have a friend from Roto router who I went to high school with who was going to charge me $375 for the Exact same thing that this company did for $205 exactly. It kind of upset me when I found out rotor router gets paid off of commission and that I wasn't getting a deal from them but my so-called friend was making a couple hundred off of me. These guys were complete strangers and did me better than people I have known my whole life. I have an older house and I'm sure problems will reoccur especially with cast iron pipes but I am a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing customer for life or at least as long as they are around nothing short of amazing.

Had a clogged up kitchen sink that I was unable to fix myself. Called on a Sunday and the company came out the next morning. Antwan unclogged the drain quickly and without issue. Also gave an estimate on our garbage disposal which needed replaced, but was not pushy when I said we would probably replace it ourselves. I would use the company again if needed.

I called A Better Drain two weeks ago with an urgent water/drain problem. Stacy responded quickly, fitting my emergency into his schedule, even though it was a weekend. Our hot water tank was leaking and they were able to come out same day to take a look at it and then came out the next morning to replace it with a new one. Great experience they were fast & efficient! Highly recommend
