I could not have been happier with Apex's same-day repair of a leaky pipe in my basement. Their communications were excellent, and the technician was very professional. He listened to me carefully, explained the needed repair as he went along. And the cost for the job was quite reasonable. I will certainly call Apex for any future plumbing problems.

My husnband and I have put off our flooded basement for nearly 2 years fearing that the cost to fix our damaged pipes underground would cost a small fortune. When Russell Colwell came out only a couple of days ago, he assured us with confidence that this was an issue that is not only fixable, but also affordable! I used Mr Rooter in November to jet a pipe as we were having sewer smells in the house. If it occurred within a year, we could have it done again. They came back last week, incredibly professional and found that we need to change the degree of the pipe that connects to the sewer. This should stop items from being stuck in our sewer line. Great job, very responsive and they're back next week to do the fix.

We discovered we had frozen pipes in our son’s bathroom (above garage) and called Accurate Plumbing along with numerous others on Christmas Day. The only company that called us back was Accurate. John, one of their team members, gave me very helpful advice and told me to turn all of the water off to the entire house in order to save the pipes from bursting when they unthawed. Mike, the owner, then called me back the following day to see what the situation was and was willing to squeeze us into their schedule whenever those pipes thawed out. We touched base daily and they came out this morning, actually even earlier than the appointment time. Upon turning the water back on, apparently we “got lucky” and had no leaks/broken pipes.
I can’t thank Mike, John, Cameron and their entire team enough!!! Had we not been given their advice who knows what kind of damage we’d have experienced today. They are very communicative, knowledgeable, responsive and really seem to care. I’ll use Accurate Plumbing any time I have a plumbing situation in the future…they’re the best!!!

Will hire again! Really great customer service experience. I hired Ben Franklin to rough in two half baths in my duplex and they did great work. They worked around my scheduled and let me know exactly what they were doing each step of the way. Cleaned up afterwards as well.

My main shutoff valve was leaking and I had it replaced. Everything went perfectly, quickly, and it was much less expensive than other places. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Mr. Antwan Allen goes above and beyond! We are so grateful for his help. Along with utmost professionalism, knowledge, and skill, Antwan answered many questions and shared guidance with us. He replaced our 72 year old corroded and leaking plumbing throughout our entire home. He discovered additional plumbing issues and repaired them at no extra charge! We would highly recommend him!

Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

Our hot water tank was leaking and they were able to come out same day to take a look at it and then came out the next morning to replace it with a new one. Great experience they were fast & efficient! Highly recommend
