Requested an urgent visit due to a frozen pipe. The dispatcher assured me that they had the staff to come out within a four hour window. When they didn't show, I called and was informed I had been rescheduled for the next day. Yet again, no call and no show, even after calling twice to confirm somebody would come out.I get it- during a winter storm and a holiday weekend short-staffing may occur. Don't provide false assurances that you can provide a service, only to cancel at the last minute. Twice.

The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and got an excellent estimate for me prior to starting the job. He ran new pipe for a gas range in a complicated older home with a hard to negotiate crawl space. He was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Nathan was the technician that came to my house to unclog my master bath drain. He was very professional and explained what he needed to do and the cost associated with the service. I had a toilet that begin to rock back-and-forth, was not level. Cary said he needed to change the Flange. The work held for two hours and I had to pay them $537. Their work does not come with a warranty. I hired a second plumber from a different company who corrected the work. Pictures were taken and documentation was made. The seal was incorrect, the bolts in the floor needed to be fixed, and a copper pipe that had been flattened had been stuffed under my toilet to Stop the rocking. It is my fault that I took a chance with work that was not under warranty because i was desperate but to receive shoddy and incorrect work is unacceptable. I felt taken advantage of.
