NEVER use this company. They looked at a commercial repair for us at a hospital and gave us the run around for weeks. A complete waste of time and they will make you look bad in front of customers. My advice is to contact someone who cares about doing commercial business.

I called in for an estimate twice, only to be told someone would get back a hold of me...no return call.

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mike Young with this company! He is so wonderful and was fantastic! He was the nicest, most professional plumber EVER! He even recommended me change things with my current washer and dryer that I didn’t even think about! He fixed my water heater, moved it and plumbed another item for me! was in and out in less than a day! Love this company! Very economical as well! He even removed old appliances for us and the left the place better than ever!!

Our basement drain was overflowing into our basement and it was a horrible awful mess and smelled terribly, it was totally unexpected and can be extremely costly as some of you may already know. I called A BETTER DRAIN , and I left a message and it was just minutes when I got a text that he would call me shortly and he did just that. I talked with the owner STACEY SAVAGE, within a 1/2 hr. after I made the call. I explained the problem we were having, and that my husband had been off work, and with the pandemic and and the holiday's funds were very slim. he was out to our house the next day, he didn't even charge us to assess the problem, and left to go and get his equipment. Stacey was very professional, and understanding, he is VERY knowledgeable and he kept his fees to the minimum. We HIGHLY recommend him to any one who has a plumbing issue, his willingness to work with someone just out of common decency and desire to help someone in need is by far the best I've seen in a long time....THANKS STACEY. Miller Ranney is great! We recently moved into our home and have had several issues. Miller-Ranney is the company that has been contacted through our ABC Home Warranty. They have had to replace our sump pump and our sewage ejector pump. Each time they have come to our home, they have been great. They will definitely be our official plumbing company to contact with any plumbing issues. So professional. Really great and trustworthy.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.
