Bought a new home and the city told me I needed to get backflow testing. D&L did the prior tests on the home, so I gave them a call. I was told they would call the city to inform them it was being taken care of and that I would be put on the schedule. A couple of weeks later, the city shows up, telling me my water is about to be shut-off and they had never heard from D&L.

TLDR; my water almost got shut off because D&L didn't follow through on anything they had promised.

My sink drain was clogged and water was actually backing up. John came out and had it completely cleared on no time! He was polite and very professional!! I highly recommend!
