This company is amazing at what they do! I will never use another plumbing company. They came after hours from home whenever we needed them to for our kitchen leak. I would 110% recommend to anyone!!

Angel was on time and very professional. I contacted the company to have a shut off installed for my gas stove to be hooked up. The installer was able to put in the shut off valve because I called after 4pm they were able to come out the next morning because I told them it was not an emergency because they were coming out the next morning.

Drainmaster was the third company that was contacted to fix a clogged line. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were here within 2 hours. Roto-Rooter said that they would need to dig up my front yard for them to access the clogged line which would cost $5000, Master Mechanicals had no clue how to fix it because they couldn’t locate my cleanout, but drainmaster immediately knew what the issue was and how to fix it.They took the time to call the city to figure out where the cleanout was. Once they located it, it took them less than an hour to clean the clogged line. They were very professional and the price of $300 was much more reasonable than $5000. I also like the fact that the service includes a 90 day warranty.... it’s been 3 weeks and I have had no other issues. Drainmaster has my vote and I will highly recommend to others.

With parts, taxes, and the heater it came to $1141.00, and plumbers to help pick it up a city away and then carry it into our home for installation, they carried out the old heater after disconnecting it, then it took another quick trip to the store to pick-up more parts to reroute the pipes for the new heater, and then about an hour to install. It was an unusual job and an unusually large water heater. We had to go with a commercial size electric water heater to match our old one. The total time they spent from the moment he decided to go pick-up the heater to the point where the heater was cleaned up and installed was 4 hrs on a holiday. Labor for the emergency ran us up an additional $1720.00, but I believe it was a kindness given the emergency of the situation and our special needs household. Thank you again for your time and kind hearts.

Hader came earlier than expected which was excellent! He was quick to identify the problem that caused the leak. He showed me the cracked valve and replaced it. He worked quickly and tripled checked his work. Wonderful experience with the repair which almost made up for coming home from vacation to a flooded bathroom floor!

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

We had a problem with our shower faucet not pulling up & forcing us to use the tiny shower upstairs. Plus, we wanted to replace our kitchen faucet. We had another company come out & they said it would cost over $1700 & they would have to knock a hole in the bathroom wall.
Andrew M. from Stevenson did both. He was very nice & respectful. When I said that I wanted just the basic faucet, he showed me the cheapest option & didn't try to pressure me into getting a more expensive model.
Even though the jobs had difficulties pop up (like part of the pipe for the shower breaking off when he took it off), he maintain his composer & was good humored about it. He kept us fully informed on what he was doing.
In the end we paid less than $500 & no holes were needed.
