Alex was our tech and was amazing from start to finish! We had a small leak at our shut off valve on our natural gas line, he had the issue fixed in less than 10 minutes!

We have used Drainbusters in the past and they have always done well. During recent issues, we used a bigger company that charged way more. Looking back at my past invoices I noticed Drainbusters was there and decided to go back to them. Glad I did. For this most recent job, we never got a call back from the other big company, but Drainbusters came the next day. Jason came in a quickly got the sewer line cleaned out. Always friendly, was here early, and got the job done. I will be going with Drainbusters in the future!

Phil was incredibly responsive, professional and helpful in repairing a gas line and installing a new riser after a bad experience with a previous service provider. While he was doing repairs, he also added a line to hookup my gas grill, and offered to come back to help me setup the grill once it’s purchased! He absolutely went above and beyond with the entire service experience, consulting me along the way. This level of service no longer exists today, and it means a lot to still have excellent people you can count on to do the job right. Will continue to recommend Phil for any gas line work!

Hayder was wonderful! Extremely professional, consistently made sure we were clear on what was happening and constantly asking if we had any more questions. Was very thorough in checking everything and anything, making sure everything was in order and there were no more problems. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that has an issue inside their house!

The only qualm I have is not with Hayder, but with the scheduling aspect with Eco Plumbers. The first time I scheduled I was given a date and no time, just that jt would be first available at any time that day. The second appointment, although having a very pleasant conversation with the scheduling agent (she was very helpful and nice), my timeframe that the technician could arrive in was 6 hours. It was very hard working around the timing from these!
