I had been trying different products for 2 weeks to fix my kitchen sink drain...I finally called Mr.Rooter , as they had worked for me years ago andI was pleased in the past. They sent a young man named Cory J. and he ran a cable that cleared my drain ….I only wish I had called sooner. I was so impressed with his knowledge and speed to look over the situation , give me an estimate and get right to the process of fixing my drain. If I have another plumbing issue I will request Cory J. He also cleaned up any mess this job created. Thank you Cory J. at Mr.Rooter

Scott and I are from the same small-town area and both teach at the same college here in Columbus so I thought I could trust him to install new plumbing and a shower pan in a bathroom addition. Scott assured me when I asked that he would put the required cement under the shower pan when installing to stabilize it. He would schedule a date and time over and over, as he strung this work out for months, then not show and not call--again and again. I had to contact him each time after an hour or two went by with no show and he would respond hours later. Since he'd already started the work, I kept working with him. Once the shower pan was installed, he told me in no uncertain terms that he put in the required cement underlay, pointing out that he had to mix the cement even though he had a bad back and that he's been doing this for 30 years so he knows what he's doing. Later, I had to remove new shower tiles and the shower pan to find it had NO CEMENT under it, which is why it was creaking. During the plumbing install, I also awoke to a flooded bathroom the next morning and he had to come and repair his install. He asked me to pay him half part way through, and I did, even though it was taking months as he would be a no-show or come for an hour or two then leave. I checked for reviews online and could find no website and not a single review anywhere--until now, 1.5 years later. The only reviews I see now are from the past few weeks, so BUYER BEWARE. You cannot trust Scott. And I assume this review will get scrubbed like any past reviews about his astoundingly poor service and ability to lie and think nothing of it.

Just a quick note I’ve been in the customer service business for 25yrs. Yesterday my newly finished basement was taking on water due to a failed sump pump. Called Rooter Works and the responsiveness and professionalism the technician Kyle had in getting a new sump pump installed in an emergency was beyond fantastic. Possibly saved me thousands. I will be recommending Rooter Works and Kyle to anyone with plumbing needs.

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
