Best Clean Up in Columbus OH

We had a leak in our water softener and had been having other issues with it for some times. The plumber removed the water softener from the line and reconnected us to the water supply. From the time I called until the job was completed took only two hours.We have used Mr Rooter before and I would not hesitate to use them again. Price they quote is the price you pay.

Eddie responded quickly to my call and left a message at both my phone numbers. I returned his call, and we set up an appointment after going over my issue with my toilet. Later he called to confirm the appointment, and he arrived right on time on the day of the appointment. I was very pleased with his professionalism, honesty, and quality of work. Eddie explained my choices along with the risks of each choice. I chose to have him fix the toilet rather than replace it. He stayed well into the evening to get the job done right then, which I appreciate. He also taught me facts about plumbing in my home. I will be calling him again for any future plumbing or gas needs.

There isn't a more overpriced option in the general area, they treat their employees like dirt, and are extremely litigious if you want to continue working in the field once you've worn out from their inter office politics and toxic work environment. Use a fan a space heater or a better company. I wouldn't call them for anything and Id sure has heck never work for such a toxic company. Save your time your money and your energy for a company that values you and their employees. You'll have a better experience. Whatever you do, do not work here, they will do anything they can to make your life hell once you leave. They've gone so far as to call a coworkers new employer trying to have him fired once he left their goat rodeo. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. Do better. Their site says 24hrs but it took them 4 days to come out for a call. Their excuse was that they were out of the office for the weekend. The appointment window was 1pm-5pm. The tech didn't arrive until almost 6pm. When the tech came out I explained that the water heater pilot light had kept going out. He didnt check any lines or open up the panel to check the components. He simply lit it again, said that it was fine since it stayed on almost 10 minutes. The same night the pilot light was out again.
