Best Broken Water Heaters in Columbus OH

There was a mishap with my bill. The manager called me specifically and refunded me a portion of my bill. The work was great. The customer service was even better.

They came out on a Sunday evening to replace a shutoff valve that would not close completely to stop water from running out of the broken dishwasher feed.

I called other businesses and this was the first who would come out same day.

The technician Keenan Dalton was very courteous and respectful. The Great experience I had with this company was wonderful, I would not hesitate to use them again if needed. A great experience.

Trey made the best of a bad situation. Half of main stack had to be replaced. Original installation was sketchy at best. He took his time to undo what was previously done and got us back up and running. Pleasant and informative. Would definitely call again and recommend to others.
