If not, your vague about double estimate will be much higher than the estimate.Also, if you plan to use the financing option, be sure to verify that the employee sent to your house knows how to process it. I am so upset with the customer service I experienced that I can't even rate the repair job.

Torrey did an excellent job of identifying the leak, explaining the reason for the leak, and formulate a solution. After I agreed with the solution, he implemented flawlessly. Marvelous work.The reason I give four star is when asked, he said he is not vaccinated against CV19. Had we known earlier, we have requested someone fully vaccinated. Putting Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Columbus on notice: Keep our safety in mind.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the service I received definitely warranted a 5 star review. The service was on time, professional, and at a great value. If you have a gas related issue look no further.

BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.

Tyler called ahead of time to notify me that he was on his way, well within the estimated time he was scheduled to arrive. Once on scene he quickly diagnosed my problem along with an estimate for its solution. The repair was made shortly there after. As he was preparing to leave he asked if there was anything else he could do. Thankfully it reminded me of another situation I was dealing with. Soon (under his estimated time to complete) that task was completed in the same proficient manner.
This is the second time I have used Amanda and highly recommend them and won't hesitate to give them a call if the need arises.
