We are a general contractor and we use these guys for an array of plumbing services. Matt is an excellent communicator and is very responsive. If Matt is not completing the project himself, we always know we’re in great hands regardless of who he sends because he’s got fantastic guys on the team.

Thank goodness for Gary and Al. I had three plumbing companies take one glance at my leak in my laundry room and quote me thousands of dollars for a repair that would have torn up my flooring and be major work. Gary and Al came and poked around to find out the source of the leak (the other guys didn't try looking around) and they found a condensate line leaking and all it needed was a simple fix to stop the leaking, no tearing up my floor. I'm so thankful for Gary and Al to take the time to find the problem rather than trying to sell me on a costly replacement of piping and other items that didn't need to be replaced, not to mention major work of tearing up my floor and forcing me to have to fix tile on my own.

Very grateful to Eco Plumbers! We had a small leak that needed fixed, and had another company come out to work on it. That plumber not only did not fix the issue, he created 4 more! It was a mess, and the company did nothing to solve it. We called Eco Plumbers and Seage McCuskey came out today and fixed everything. He was professional, gave my husband an explanation of each step of his work, had all of the necessary tools and equipment on hand, and did a clean, professional job. We highly recommend and will be working with Eco Plumbers in the future!

Brian was amazing. He was a good communicator, explaining each step and each diagnosis. When the trouble with my unit was unclear, he persevered until he figured out what it was and provided solutions. He worked very hard to get my unit replaced as quickly as possible. Ryan was quick, professional, and explained my options for improving my system without trying to push a sale on me. Will be calling them again for service.

Plumbing in bathroom, call 1800furnace at 6pm. Advised tech would be out between 8-10pm same evening. Called again at 9:30pm. No return call that evening. Received call back next morning w waived service charge offer. Took the offer and canceled the other plumber.Our Tech was great
