Buckeye came out for a scheduled PM. They discovered a leak and did not have the part to fix it. The tech left with the promise that he would return. That was Friday. It is now Weds. I have called 3 times to request an update (ie when are they coming back). None of my calls have been returned.Calls to Buckeye Heating go thru an answering service, so they will not let you talk to anyone. You have no recourse but to wait for a callback that never comes.This is not personally connected, Highly ethical, nor solution focused as they claim on their website. It is simply very poor customer handling. I don't think it is unreasonable to ask for a company to return a phone call when requested.

Tom has done all of the PM on our furnace/AC since we had it installed. He's always on time and friendly. I would recommend him and American Air to anybody having a problem with their system.

I felt very well attended to by staff professionals that came to my home. My particular needs were water heater maintenance and restroom sink fixture faucet replacement. The service needs were attended to in two separate times in one day. One of the services was contractual maintenance and the other was a need upon request in the same day as requested. The price was competitive in today's market and not exceedingly gourdgin .Clean up was also done professionally. I would easily recommend them to others in the future. Thank you very much.
