Plumber that was sent to the job did great work. Answered all my questions and explained the work thoroughly. I think he would do really well as an independent contractor and not have to deal with Rooter Works overhead procedures.

Craig and his staff have done a couple of repairs and fixes for me. They are top notch, honest and don't try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus Market looking for standard to complicated plumbing repairs and/or work.

Richard was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection or repair/replacement of their backflow. His consolation approach was low key, practical and with absolutely no pressure. After consulting with me, he only recommended what was appropriate and necessary. He took the time to do the work right and happily gave me plumbing tips along the way. He also gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintenain the system for winterization, saving me $ in the future from hiring someone to do that for me. As an added bonus, it was just nice to chat with him while he worked. I would have him back anytime again, although I don't expect I'll need him since he did such a good job. Thanks Richard!!

Buckeye Heating and Cooling installed a new HVAC system in my home last July. Took weeks for the system to arrive, even though they stated the system was available when I signed the paperwork. The new system they installed short circuited within two weeks because it wasn’t installed properly. They installed a new system a week later. We also had a humidifier installed within the system. However it wasn't wired properly thus not working, they had to come back out to remedy the problem. This summer the system hasn't been able to cool my house anytime it reaches close to 90 degrees. It's currently at 80° on the first floor and second floor is at 86°. Even with the thermostat set to 73°. They have been out once and stated the coils were dirty, after cleaning them off the problem still exists. After spending thousands of dollars on a new system I would expect it to be installed properly and to not have these issues not even a year after install.Update: It is now 84° on the first floor and 88° on the second floor. I am 8 months pregnant and even how many issues we have had with their service, was told the earliest they could come out is Friday. Remind you, this is after Buckeye attempted to diagnose and fix the problem this past Sunday but to no avail and didn’t seem to find anything wrong. Poor customer service and terrible quality products

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

They are reasonable and don’t gouge like other plumbers. Keith is the best plumber I’ve ever had. He is nice and cares for customers. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. The best!

I called at about 9 am to set up an appointment for someone to check out my sump pump. They told me I'd have to pay overtime prices to have them come out to my house. Are you kidding me?? It was a Thursday morning. I called another plumber and he was at my home in just over an hour. He did an excellent job. No overtime!!

We had an issue with a bathroom remodel, and CBUS did a great job for us. We called one day and they were here the next morning! When the technician was on the way I received a text that included his picture. I think this is a great touch! Lance was our tech and he was great. He was personable yet professional and fixed every single problem we had. We'd hire CBUS and Lance again any time. Thanks for your fast and excellent service!

This guy is a joke. We had a deadline with the city and he said he would get on it. After delaying and making bad excuses for a week straight, he promised to be there the next morning. That never happened. He is unreliable and a liar. Do not use his subpar service.

I recently moved to the area and decided to walk in to see if I could potentially get some contracting work done. As a potential customer this guy barks at me in stead of saying good morning or good afternoon I understand the culture that people are on the defense But it's just not good business. I now will take my business elsewhere sadly.
