Todd Heming was excellent. He was very friendly, yet professional. He took the time to explain each step along the way, why it was important, and what steps we needed to do in the future. He was very patient with us as we never had an AC unit before. We were very pleased with the information services he provided. World Class Services came very highly recommended by our daughter-in-law and Mr. Heming lived up to that assessment.

During a recent family gathering on Sunday (3/20) our daughters smelled gas in our front yard. We called Columbia Gas and they found a leak in the outside gas line and three inside gas valves were leaking. All this happened after 5pm on a Sunday. They turned the power off around midnight. The next morning, I used Angi's list to find a plumber to do gas repairs. Rooter called back within minutes and had a technician on his way.He arrived within the hour and worked with the Columbia Gas technicians to coordinate the efforts. The technician arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable, congenial, and professional. He explained in detail was not up to code and what leaked. He listened as I explained how the previous owners added on to the house and that two of the added lines were no longer needed. He laid out his plan and executed it very well. Always kept me in the loop as to his progress and suggestions.I'm very pleased with his work and will always use Rooter Works for all my plumbing and gas needs.

Craig's group does some of the best plumbing I've worked with. Through the years, I've worked with a number of plumbers on rentals in two counties. Watching Craig analyze such problems in early years helped me immeasurably. Many, many thanks!

Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. After contacting this company about our water main leak Dave arrived the same day to look at the issue. He gave us a quote and we were able to communicate with him to schedule a repair between the holidays and severe storm. While a few unexpected issues came up he did everything possible to replace the line as intended. He went above and beyond to ensure everything worked properly and ensured all work areas were cleaned up. He was timely, showed up when promised, got the job done, and stuck around to make sure it was all good. He even stopped by the next day to make sure everything was working and cleaned up appropriately. We highly recommend and would use again.
