Best Sump Pump Cleaning in Columbus OH

Our wAter heater was damaged by a flood and we had scheduled rotorooter to come out and replace but they rescheduled 3 different times because they didn’t have the right technician. We were without hot water for 2 weeks! I called Jason from water heaters plus. He talked to me on the phone for a good 1/2 hour explaining my electric box and why the kind of hot water heater I wanted would be dangerous. He sent Woody and Matt out the very next day and they moved my plumbing and electric upstairs and installed and new water heater in less than 3 hrs. They even installed a check valve in my sump pump. These guys are TOP SHELF! Great work, friendly informative techs and reasonable pricing! I wont ever call anyone else! Very Happy in Ashville…

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

These guys are great I would highly recommend them. I called them one morning and got an appointment almost immediately that day. The plumber they sent was John and after looking at my problem he told me that I could get the parts I needed under warranty from Delta, to order them and call when I had all the parts. He said he would come back and install them. Two weeks later he was back completed the installation for a very reasonable price and even deducted the cost of the first service call from my bill. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend it one time plumbers to anyone in need of plumbing work. I would ask for John.

Best Plumbing Ltd is absolutely the BEST plumbing service around. Mark took time to problem solve our situation over the phone, and when he couldn't, was able to make a service call within 2 days - when other plumbers told us they couldn't get to us until next week because it wasn't an emergency. He had the problem solved within an hour (one that had stumped a previous plumber) and was upfront with pricing, professional and courteous.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They replaced the whole waterline to my house in just 4 hours and only dug 3 holes!!! Other companies quoted me 3 times what 1 utility charged me and did less damage on my yard.

I have to edit this review. Although everything I said was true, once Matt the Vice President of the company found out he was ON IT! He called me and was very apologetic and diligent to get a flooring company here to review the issue! He showed care in correcting the concern and we are in process of getting the appropriate repairs (including the wall repair upstairs) Thank you Matt for turning this experience around!! I truly believe they've done everything in their power to right the wrong! That's more than many places would do. Customer care must be of high priority!Original Review:The plumber spent hours trying to find our issue they ended up finding something that wasn't causing the initial problem and made a repair. After 13 hours here (cutting a hole in the wall of our upstairs bathroom and in the meantime messing up the wall) we took showers and both were still leaking.While fixing the leak he moved our fridge without putting something under it and made several scratches on our wood floors. After almost 7 weeks of broken promises of repair we finally got a refund.Wednesday when I received the refund I was told in a day or two I'd hear back about a floor repair. Saturday- still nothing. I have photos and text message proof to verify every bit of this. I'm so disappointed and mostly in the fact that my house is in worse shape than when we started. The guy put my wains coating back on the wall upstairs but I was told the paint and sealing would be corrected- nope, not done.Yes they gave a refund for the work they did that didn't correct the issue but I'm waiting on the other stuff to be made right. I've gotten nothing but the run around and lies of completion.I hate to do this but don't want anyone else to be put in the situation I have.

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

Never fun to wake up to water in the basement. Chris was able to replace my sump pump within a few hours, allowing my basement to drain properly. In addition, I now have a battery back-up in the event of an outage.

They were fast and did a great job. If you want it done right go to Amanda Plumbing. Probably a little more cost than others, however, their value is higher than others. We'll use them again if any issues arise.

Best thing I ever did !!! Super nice, super quick !!! Replaced my water heater and didn't charge me for any nonsense. 460 $$ for replacing my water heater I highly recommend this company. Please use them if you need decent work and a good straight forward price. :) will definitely be remembering them next time anything goes wrong.
