We had a stoppage in our laundry area. Sewer quests was called by our home warranty company. They we're professional they introduced themselves upon arrival and got straight to work. They found the problem right away and solved it. They left the work area clean and took all the gunk from the pipe with them. They went out of there way and even gave me some unsolicited advice with me being a first time home owner. We will deffinalty use them again. Thank you.

Fast the guys are great

Very pleased! He came out and showed us what the problem really was, didn't want to charge anything for the service call. I did give him some money for his time. If ever I have another plumbing issue, I will call him!!!!

The guys did a great job and were very profesional

R & B came to my rescue quickly and efficiently. I had my gas turned off through no fault of my on and the gas company found some minor issues that had to be addressed before they would turn it back on. I went 2 days without hot water and heat in my new home. I called them over the weekend and had two guys here Monday morning to fix the problems. They were great and fun too! The owner even called me the next day to make sure my gas was turned back on. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend them.

Have been calling since April to have my filter changed on whole house water system and promised numerous times that Kevin would be out to change for me and he never showed up when promised! So unprofessional. When Kevin put in the system end of last year I was told I could get replacement filters at Lowes or any store. Not true...he left no model number...no wrench which comes with system and I couldn't find a replacement filter. One evening Kevin said he would be over in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Called the office and spoke with his mother regarding these issues and she said she would call me back. Never did. NO STARS.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

Bolon’s Plumbing replaced a 2500’ water line on an incredibly difficult job for me on short notice. They showed up when other plumbers wouldn’t and stayed until the job was done. They showed incredible integrity throughout the process and installed a high quality water line for me. I can tell you they stand behind their work too. Real salt of the earth people working here! I will certainly use them again if I ever needed!

We had 2 leaks in our refrigerator water dispenser line, and we called 1-Tom-Plumber. Tony came out and did a quick check, got replacement line, and had the whole thing fixed in less than an hour from arrival to completion. Outstanding skill and easy to talk with. I highly recommend this company, and especially Tony!

I had two backed up sinks in my upstairs bathrooms, I had the same problem last year (used a different company to fix last year), and not only did Best Plumbing easily fix the problem he taught me what I could do to help prevent it from happening again in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They replaced the whole waterline to my house in just 4 hours and only dug 3 holes!!! Other companies quoted me 3 times what 1 utility charged me and did less damage on my yard.

Our furnace was fixed......at an unreasonable price! We were charged $1013 for a blower motor and no one has this part for not more than $250. In addition, we paid $575 to have our fan cleaned which was done outside our home just hosing it off. Our total cost was $1702. Technician was nice and polite, but feel like this company really took advantage. We just feel that it was cold outside and definitely price gouging!!
