If I could give Eddie 6 stars, I would. He was quick to return my phone call and showed up that night to complete the work. He explained what he was doing each step of the way and did quality work. Eddie is the man!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

We cannot say enough good things about this company. Called on Friday night around 8:00, they were here by 8:30 with a diagnosis and our new water heater tank was installed by Saturday at noon. Was told we had a gas leak by the gas company. Called TRW and they had a tech come out to do an estimate, he pressure tested the house and gave an estimate stating there was a large leak. Had them come back out later to fix said leak and was informed the first tech improperly performed the pressure test and that there was no leak at all, just that the first tech didn’t close the on off valve to an appliance which is what caused the test to show a large leak. I was then charged $772 for “fixing” a leak that was never there, due to the first tech not performing the test correctly. I was told to speak with a manager about resolving the issue. I was about the last concern he had as it took almost a week for me to find out from him that they are not refunding my money to me due to “all work being necessary to have the gas back on” even though if the first test would have been done correctly I would have had my gas back on right then. I then requested to communicate with someone above him and I never heard from anyone about the situation. Very disappointed in this experience

As a homeowner, I've used this company for my sporadic plumbing needs for over 10 years but after my most recent experience I finally am writing a review. In this case, my water heater failed and was leaking. I called at 7am and in spite of them having a full schedule and even with 3 guys out for various reasons, they managed to fit me in the same day and got me a new water heater installed. I was impressed (again) and recommend them without reservation.

I use Doc Thompson for all of our plumbing needs. They do great work and Matt Thompson has done a great job of hiring and keeping exceptional employees. They are always super kind with the homeowners and very reliable. We plan to use them for many years to come!
