D&L Plumbing did a job for a rental property that backs up to our home and in doing so, tore down our fence and killed two of our trees without notifying us they would be working on our property to access underground sewer lines. When we finally tracked them down, they told us they would return in 30 days to grade, seed and repair the damage but it is now approaching 60 days and they have not returned. The owner will not return our calls and the eyesore you see in these photos is what our back yard has looked like for nearly 2 months. We are preparing to list our home for sale and are very displeased with the lack of response and resolution from D&L Plumbing. It sadly looks as though we will have to seek legal recourse to get anything done. The property owner, Carrie C McMillan, is related to the owner of D&L and when we call her to seek a resolution, she simply hangs up on us.

Called this plumber for sewer cleaning service. He came in the promised time, reacted quickly and did the sewer cleaning within half an hour. Very good!

GREAT company and GREAT customer service!!!! We called them on a Thursday afternoon when we were having water heater issues they came out the SAME day! Turns out our water heater had completely died and no saving it. They came back out on a Friday and removed the old one and installed the new one. I can’t say enough nice things about this company from office staff to the on site tech! The office lady was sweet and personable the tech worked efficiently and around other contractors installing a new roof, dogs, a toddler. They have definitely earned our business as repeat customers from now on!

They were great from start to finish. Fast and easy quote at a fair price, quick turnaround on completing the work. Super nice team. Had my front yard underground drain pipes fixed and you can hardly tell that they dug up the yard because they kept the sod in good shape.

Very prompt call back. Gave an estimate on a new water heater, said exactly what they were going to do, and did it. Small up and coming business. Nice work.

Sewer Quest came out to fix our sump pump line outside of the house and put in a new drain line out to the street for rainwater. They managed to find a way to do both within our existing flower beds and connect to existing drain lines without pulling up any grass or sidewalk. You would never know they were there because they did such a clean job of pulling out the dirt and putting it back in place. They came highly recommended to me from our gutter company and I would definitely recommend them!

Charles has always been there for me over the years. Has the experience and knowledge to handle any job. I recommend going to him first or else you are going to pay someone else a trip charge (diagnostic fee) to tell you they can't handle the job.

Sean and his brother were extremely prompt with addressing our clogged kitchen sink. Once they resolved that issue, they also fixed our sink seal which was rotted through and they replaced it entirely. They were clean, kind and thorough and hopefully don't have to use them again, but if we do, they'll be our first call.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! PLEASE, if I could rate ZERO I would, these were the worst people imaginable to have to deal with. Our home warranty company made us go through them to get our stoppage fixed. They called us to setup an appointment and the lady I spoke with told me she wanted to speak to my husband to make sure they knew the extent of our issues and make sure they had the correct equipment when they showed up since they weren’t located in our area. My husband explained the issue and she said it wouldn’t be an issue and had the appointment made. That Monday they were scheduled to come between 9-11am and they never showed. After 12pm I called them to ask why and the receptionist told me the plumber called in sick and they’d have to reschedule. We rescheduled for two days later, Wednesday. Wednesday morning came and plumber actually showed up, didn’t walk in with any equipment and wanted to see our kitchen sink (which wasn’t the issue at all it was sewer backing up in the basement), when my husband told him this he responded that the work order stated it was a simple kitchen sink clog and he didn’t have the correct equipment to work on it, he’d have to come back. My husband then proceeded to call the company and ask what the issue was and when they were coming back, lady told him she’d speak with the plumber and call us back. 3 hrs later there was no response so I called them back and the lady very rudely informed me she called our home warranty company and let them know they were incapable of fixing it and they didn’t need to call us back to let us know, the job was being reassigned and since we were so rude to call back and check up on the status of our appointment they were going to call the warranty company themselves and inform them of how hostile we were and to have them refuse to work with us. Upset by how the lady responded to our call I called our warranty company and the call center told us the company told them they tried to fix our issue and were unable to get it done it was too big of a job and didn’t have the equipment needed to do it and needed reassigned. They never even used a plunger let alone an auger and was in a house a total of 2 minutes.

Overall this company is HORRIBLE, please read the other reviews and see they are NOT BBB accredited before using them or allowing your warranty company to assign them to your case. You will spare yourself the hassle and time we had to endure.
