And they left the work area clean after everything was complete. I do recommend American Leak Detectors even though the cost is pretty high. You get what you pay for.

Alex was our tech and was amazing from start to finish! We had a small leak at our shut off valve on our natural gas line, he had the issue fixed in less than 10 minutes!

First off, they are rated on Google 5 stars. There's a reason for that. First, they quoted me over the phone. Even when I wanted the tank moved and he needed to reroute plumbing lines. Secondly, he was attentive. Took care of the surroundings. Third, he showed up early. And then he got the work done in half the time. All together this is the only place in Columbus I will get a water heater from. Highly recommended.

He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. BCI Mechanical was super easy to work with, flexible around my schedule and needs, and they did the work smarter and cheaper than other big name contractors that I had give me a quote on the work. They fixed a larger drain issue under my kitchen sink that had arisen recently.

There was a scheduling error (that worked out in my favor), but other than that, these guys were flawless to work with, and my tech Tony was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was overly concerned with making sure the work was done right and how I expected it to be done. I'm glad to finally have a dependable, affordable solution here in Columbus that I can depend on, and I'll definitely be calling them back for more work.

Ive used Drainmaster few times on my older home. They always come through even in the bitter cold this winter, Charlie was out to Jet my line and clear the roots. They are quality and you can trust them. Don' call roto rooter or Mr Rooter or any of them- Ive made that mistake for you, too many times. Just call Drainmaster and rest easy , they will show up and will be prepared to handle whatever you throw at them.

This guy is very unreliable. He came to my home gave me a price and said he would have someone else come out to work on it later and he would call me to let me know what time the person would be over. i waited 3 hours before i called and asked him if they were still going to come he said he would call back and never did. he is very unprofessional and im glad i went somewhere else.
