They came to check our gas fireplace to make sure it was ready for this cold day. They are our best in San Antonio, very thorough, checking the gas lines, making sure there are no leaks, explaining the steps to get the fireplace working. Light the fireplace for us. Great customer service. I will use them from now on. Very professional and polite.

Our basement drain was overflowing into our basement and it was a horrible awful mess and smelled terribly, it was totally unexpected and can be extremely costly as some of you may already know. I called A BETTER DRAIN , and I left a message and it was just minutes when I got a text that he would call me shortly and he did just that. I talked with the owner STACEY SAVAGE, within a 1/2 hr. after I made the call. I explained the problem we were having, and that my husband had been off work, and with the pandemic and and the holiday's funds were very slim. he was out to our house the next day, he didn't even charge us to assess the problem, and left to go and get his equipment. Stacey was very professional, and understanding, he is VERY knowledgeable and he kept his fees to the minimum. We HIGHLY recommend him to any one who has a plumbing issue, his willingness to work with someone just out of common decency and desire to help someone in need is by far the best I've seen in a long time....THANKS STACEY. Very knowledgable and fits you into his schedule as quickly as possible. I would have had to wait 14 days longer to get my hot water tank replaced by a local, nationwide organuzation, but Michael took care of me in 2 days!

This company is not worth your time or money. The technician that came to our house was not the problem. It is the incompetent office staff that does not know what they are doing that causes the problem. They are not professional or respective of time and money of their customers. They ask for photo's to make sure that they have the correct parts but fail to mention that they do not provide nor can they provide the parts and throw it off on you to provide them. Then waste more time of ours to get the parts then when they come out they then inform you that they can not perform the whole job because the parts you ordered do not work. The best part is because of the incompetence of the office staff, which I think she might be the owner which is scary, the items that you purchased can not be returned due to their inability to perform a job in a reasonable amount of time. The company will blame the customer for all their mistakes. I would stay away from this business because they are not customer friendly nor are they an ethical business.

Kitchen sink was filling up with water due to a clogged mainline in our building. Resident manager scheduled G-Tech Plumbing at 4 PM and they were here within an hour! They sent a text with the arrival time and the technicians picture, nice touch!

Shoutout to Audie! Friendly and professional service. Diagnosed the problem and took the time to check the other units. Great attention to detail.. wore shoe covers, cleaned the work space, and made sure the work fixed the issue.

Grant 0272 was very professional in his service call. He prepped the work area so no waste water would get on floor or under sink. He ran snake through twice to make sure all clog was gone.

The last review from a William Reed is a ignorant as they come. He is giving a review of a business based on his opinion of a driver. He isn't even from the Columbus, Ohio area, nor did he ever use Plumbing Solutions for the service they even provide. If he had a legitimate concern about the way a employee was operating a company vehicle he would have first and foremost called the company and spoke with someone, especially if there was a safety issue. Second if it was that serious of a issue, he should have responded to the business that responded to his comment. However, he choose to ignore them. William is nothing more than a troll, look atbhis profile and all his other reviews. He is just looking for attention.

The dispatcher repeatedly called me when I told her to schedule with my wife (and gave her my wife's number). The technicians were over an hour and twenty minutes late. Neither technician spoke English. They did not understand the problem, which was a broken drain flange in my shower. They thought the drain was clogged. Instead of replacing the flange, they tried to drill a hole through the old drain cover and flange to secure the cover, which I could have done myself. This will leave screws sticking up in the shower, and it does not fix the broken flange. I told them not to do that, and that the flange needed to be replaced. They finally admitted they did not have the part to fix it, even though I told the dispatcher exactly what the problem was before they came out. I even told her the size and style of the flange. The dispatcher called me to find out what was going on because she cannot understand her Technicians' broken English any better than me. I told her to send the guys home, and I will get a different plumber. They sat in my driveway for over an hour before leaving. This several-hour ordeal left us in worse shape than we began.

Called this plumber for sewer cleaning service. He came in the promised time, reacted quickly and did the sewer cleaning within half an hour. Very good!

Anthony was extremely flexible with me on my schedule. Fixed a leaking water pipe and has fixed poorly ventilated plumbing in my house that caused water backup. I appreciate the fast response and attention to detail. Helped point out and other issues detected as well as explain in detail my issues. Would highly recommend for your plumbing needs. Randy from Era Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a new utility sink and CatGenie in our laundry room. His pricing is fair and his experience is unmatched. From our initial meeting with co-owner Mark Cantrell who clearly explained the proposal and steps needed to correct the problem to cleaning up the yard afterward, the entire project went smoothly and with almost no disruption to our family. Everyone on the crew was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working, and clearly wanted to do the best job possible for us.
