The scale doesn't go low enough. This guy took complete advantage of me being deployed. His behavior was completely unethical and probably criminal. He applied for permits which were then voided, billed my insurance company for work he says he didn't do, did not complete a final inspection of my home which resulted in a certificate of non compliance from the title company. He denied any involvement despite my realtor explaining we have all the documentation with his signature. He refused to resolve the non compliance issue as well so everything my insurance company paid him for had to be redone. We also found out he operates under powers plumbing II which he explained to my realtor is the exact same company. Shady as hell!! This guy completely took me for a ride. I can only hope my insurance company goes after him for insurance fruad.

We had a nightmare clog in our sewer line and Mark would not let it beat him. I hired another company a week before and they didn’t even attempt the cleaning. Great job and a great company

So my service with this company has varied greatly based on who was helping me. My ac hasn't been working properly most of spring. It works, just not well. So we called on a Saturday and after receiving a quote of $75 for the diagnosis, the fee is waived if you decide to have them do the work (they don't tell you that the fee actually becomes a service fee and changes to $65 if you have them do the work) well we booked our appointment for wednesday and sucked it up through the heat.Wednesday rolls around and our technician is even a few minutes early. He comes in, does his little thing with our furnace and tells us it's frozen and we have to run the ac on fan for a day prior to the appointment. So the technician rescheduled us for saturday and left. He might have been in the house for ten minutes, he never even went out back and looked at the unit. The only saving grace was that tech was nice enough not to charge us for coming in and saying he couldn't help. Saturday rolls around, we have an appointment window of 6pm to 8pm. We call them up at 7:45 and ask where our tech is. Apparently whoever made the appointment informed everyone, including our first technician that the appointment was for Saturday when in reality it was for sunday. Our confirmation emails even said saturday. Mind you its mid june, we haven't had any type of air conditioning for a straight week, our has has been in the 90s most of the week.They offered us a 5% discount for the error.Sunday finally rolls around, our technician again was right on time. He was a really nice guy and he's the reason this review gets more than no stars, he was here for about an hour. Diagnosed poor airflow and low refridgerant. One thing he informs us of is our unit itself is covered in cotton from a neighbors tree, and needs cleaned off. He informs us that they charge $280 to clean your ac unit and that the first guy should have told us this. So our tech says it'll take less than ten minutes to clean the unit and he disagrees with how they've treated us as well as the pricing, and cleans it without charge.The remainder of the appointment went smooth. Minus the final bill of $300 worth of refridgerant and service fees. Oh and the technician informed us that we would have received a 5% discount was for being a military family anyways. So in reality we got no discount for their errors.So takeaway here, is that some of their technicians are pretty decent guys. If they make scheduling errors you're SOL, and no one will take responsibility. Also. If they're coming to look at your ac. Turn it off for a day prior.Update: a few weeks after this review (like 4) the manager or owner, called and gave us a $50 dollar credit. I don't remember the details of the call but he tried. We haven't used it, not sure if we will.Update: we decided to use our credit. I can't give the details due to character limits on Google reviews. Just know that my husband was SUPER PISSED, and has vowed never to use this company again.

Had a clogged bath drain and tried everything to get it to drain and nothing worked so I had to call someone out. I found Smith plumbing online and their website offered a coupon gor $49 to clear any drain! Which was 20 bucks cheaper than the add I heard on the radio. On time, quick and Tristin was very efficient and got our tub draining in no time. 10/10 would reccomend.

Had a water leak from bathroom and it came through the kitchen ceiling. Lujan PSI found and fixed the issue. Very clean and professional. Will use them again if I ever have any plumber issues.

I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

They came out looked at it, claimed it was unfixable, and tried to sell me a new furnace for $7k and charged me $59.00 for their time. I decided to get a second opinion. My tenant spent another cold night until Talmich came and repaired it for $225 the next day.

I had a vry good experience with HVAC solutions. They fix all furnaces and are a Lennox premier dealer.
They came over to my house for an intermittent problem with my furnace.
They kept coming back ( only charged me the 1st service call ) until they could be here when I was having the problem.Once they found it they replaced a main valve promptly and with a very reasonable price. That fixed it and it works great now. Thank you to Jim the tech and Natasa the receptionist and the manager Dave? the manger for all doing agreat job to help me.
Will use them and recommend them again.
