I had a leak in my bathroom fixture and called Mark that evening. He came out the same night and did not charge an extra service charge. Very polite and patient and conscientious with his work. I would recommend him to all my friends.

The crew that came out was very professional and showed me the issues with my system and made sure I understood everything they were showing me. Given, there were plenty of issues with my system, the problem I had was the quote I received was for a replacement outside AC unit without even looking at the AC unit itself without seeing if it needed it. Fair pricing.

Had Mike Podczervinski come out and install a new water heater at a very fair price and without any issues. He also came back a few days later to check on it to ensure there were no issues. I'll be hiring Bill's for all future plumbing needs.

Jorge is the only plumber we'd recommend. He's worked on multiple projects for us including sprinkler back flows, water heater piping, installing a kitchen sink and a utility sink and disconnecting our old gas heater. He's punctual and very reasonable with his costs! Highly recommended!!

Very quick and professional. I appreciate that they are customer centered. They messed up a booking and couldn't do the day they came out. They referred to another company with no charge to be able to get it done that day. When we needed them back out to fix issues they were respectful and came out and quickly fixed the issues.

I met Jeremy through a referral from my electrician! He came highly recommended! Since then I have hired his company to help with a commercial plumping project as well as some gas line work on a property. I recently had him out for my annual backflip tests for the city.. The work they did is fine, but they grossly overcharged me for it. ~$2k to replace a toilet. $318 to diagnose the issue and over $1600 to do the actual work. They use a tiered pricing system and don't break down the bill into parts and labor. I assumed they were giving me a worst-case estimate and that I'd get an actual itemized bill, but no: my statement just says PC10B - BRONZE - Basic Water Saver Fixture Renovation: $1,913, for which I received a $250 Manager Approved Discount. I had them install a ~$300 toilet (maybe even $200, after searching the model # online). So that means they charged me ~$1700-1800 for 3 hrs of labor (1 diagnostic, 2 for the replacement) and haul-away of the old toilet. Even with a 2-man team, that's absurd. My wife was going into labor at the time, so I signed the invoice to get the job finished, but my mother-in-law called around to other plumbers in the area and asked about toilet replacements, and this job should have been in the $850 range. I will not be using this company again, and I'd advise everyone else to steer clear of them.

Fernando arrived out on a Sunday evening to clear our toilet. He arrived back the following day to keep working when it required more work. He worked and was efficient. A nice guy that I’d request again in the future.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

Called them up after my furnace went out in my house the other morning. They had a tech out that morning. The tech was able to find out what was wrong and my furnace was working that afternoon. Tech was fast and friendly and the fix was affordable.

Sat on hold for 40 minutes to make an appointment for an emergency gas leak, made an appointment for today at 8am, it is now 4pm and i haven't even received so much as a phone call or a reason they didn't show up for an EMERGENCY GAS LEAK IN A RESIDENTIAL HOME. Don't waste your time with these clowns, much better options in this town that actually care and want to make money in this already crippled economy.

EDIT: The owner saw this review and called my cell phone, not to fix things, but to blatantly deny I ever had an appointment (how would he have gotten my number and known who I was without that? 🤣 he then told me I wasn't a real man and decided to try and make fun of me. Not sure what kind of business operates this way when a customer is wronged but unless you want harassing phone calls where the owner berates you and makes insinuations and threats toward you, I wouldn't ever call this business. Like I said, there's plenty of professional HVAC, plumbing etc companies in the area that won't harass you after wronging you.
