Affordable Plumbing re-plumbed my 30+ year old house this week and was thoroughly pleased with the work Jonas and is helper Lakye did. Both were professional, courteous, respectful, punctual and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I had been apprehensive about having this done, but once I met Jonas and learned of his years of experience and witnessed his great work ethic I felt at ease. They did a fantastic job in a rather unpleasant working environment.

Jorge is person you want to hire to give your home some TLC! He came into our bathroom remodel after the previous contractors had made multiple mistakes, he listened to my concerns, and immediately recommended potential repairs and sprang into action. By the end of the day he had improved our bathroom many times over. The ultimate work that he did was well above the initial quote of installing a clawfoot tub with exposed telephone plumbing and he charged us very fairly for the work. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. He knows plumbing, takes the time to get the job done right the first time, and as an added bonus, he really understands remodeling so he is a great addition to most home projects.

I met Jeremy through a referral from my electrician! He came highly recommended! Since then I have hired his company to help with a commercial plumping project as well as some gas line work on a property. I recently had him out for my annual backflip tests for the city.. Jeremy always comes through when I need him.

October 8, 2021 I had the furnace, water heater and AC replaced. My original power panel didn't have enough wattage to run the AC. A new power panel was to be installed. There was no rush being winter was approaching. December 23, 2021 was when the power panel was being installed. Just prior to my appointment there was a very violent wind storm in Colorado Springs. Any and all upgrades were being canceled by the utility company. March 2022 came and went with no updates on installation. March 2022 I contacted One Source to inquire about the power panel installation. The head electrician (John) came and looked at what needed to be done. That was the one and only time I heard his voice or saw his face. Over a month and more than five calls, an appointment was made. June 14, 2022 was my appointment. Nobody showed, nobody called. Nothing. I had to contact them. At this point I was then rescheduled for June 17, 2022. Again a no call no show. I am now the owner of an expensive AC unit that has never run. One Source was gung-ho to to do the job and get paid. However, they are in absolutely zero hurry to finish said job. As of September 21, 2022 the job remains incomplete.

Best plumbing & rooter, is the best! Howard, my initial contact, was nice, thoughtful & helpful. He’s a good communicator, & kept me abreast of the status of my job. He was very responsive to my texts, & notified me when the repairman was enroute. The technician, Kaden, called me when the job was complete, & was also nice, courteous & informative. I feel the price was fair, & they even gave me $10 off. They used a camera for no additional charge. We were able to pay online. Their whole outfit is state of the art. They’re true professionals, & are our new plumbers!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.
