Jason and Cody were great! Our heater stopped working and when we called yesterday to make an appointment we had it set up for Tuesday but they were able to come a day early and get us a new furnace! They were very professional and made sure our furnace and gas pipes were up to code. They explained to us how everything worked. Great job, guys!

They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Rescheduled on me twice, the first time at the very last minute and the second time they said they left a voicemail, which I never got, saying they needed to reschedule again. I called the day of my appointment after they didn’t show up between the 10-12 time slot I had scheduled and was told I would have to schedule another appointment. Third time is the charm, I guess, but I won’t know because I will never call them again.

I was looking for a local Heating and Cooling company and I found that HVAC Solutions is a local Colorado Springs, CO company. They were simply amazing and I cannot say enough. My water heater went out the week right before the 4th of July. I thought it was covered under a home warranty repair, and it turns out it was not. They came out at 7am at my request to look at my water heater and by 10am they were back installing the new one. I appreciate everything because they were closed the following day (Friday) for the 4th of July observance and instead of making me wait until the following week, when it had already been nearly a week without hot water, they rearranged their schedule! When it comes time to replace my air conditioner or furnace which both are getting old, I am definitely calling them!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

In the spirit of “you never need a plumber until you need a plumber”, we were in a real bind with a badly leaking faucet in our kitchen. Olympic City Plumbing is new to Colorado Springs so we were able to get Caleb out immediately. He is a Certified Master Plumber and his efficiency at stopping the problem showed why. At our request Caleb then returned on another day to replace the entire faucet. He was prompt and did great work. It is good to know that we have a “go to guy” if plumbing needs ever arise again.

When having another company in town do a regular furnace tune up in our recently purchased home, it was brought to our attention that we were going to need a new furnace, but their prices felt too high. I called Olson before those guys left my house and even without being in my house were able to give me an estimate on a better unit for thousands $$$ lower. Alex with Olson is normally a foreman, but was the one that came to do an estimate, and wow! He was phenomenal! He also recommend replacing our furnace, but he put all the concerns that the other guys had to rest. His 30 years of experience/passion/ knowledge was very obvious and he was able to help us decide on the appropriate unit for our home and family. Even though we weren't planning on getting a new AC unit, he also talked through future options on that too but was not pushy at all; he was truly serving our family as best he could. Within days, we had a new more-efficient furnace installed. We have three little kids including a new born and our heat was starting to go out; they moved up our timeline and got things rolling even faster. If we're needing a major appliance change or just a yearly tune-up, Olson will always have our business after these multiple interactions.
