The plumbers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very efficient and were here less than 90 minutes performing both tasks. We're fortunate to have had them here.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Called B&L Monday morning for an electric water heater replacement. They were able to schedule me in the next day between 8am - 10am. They arrived first thing at 8am, assessed the situation then ran to their warehouse to pick up the proper water heater for replacement. They got right to work when they returned. They were professional and did a great job and finished up around 12pm.

My only surprise was the sticker shock of $2,650 they billed me for the service. There was no itemized receipt for any of the charges. I can only guess around $1,400 for labor and $1,000 for the water heater. I don't know. B&L won't disclose that information to customers.

If you're on a tight budget, shopping for a lower price might save you $700 or $800 dollars or more,

Hopefully this new water heater will last 18 years like the old one they replaced.

I called these guys to help get rid of a mainline clog that had my toilets backing up into my tubs. They came all the way down to Cripple Creek within 24 hours, and despite complications from some improper piping, Eduardo had it clear and working again within an hour of arriving. All in all, I'd say they absolutely crushed it in terms of helping me out both in terms of speed and affordability. Top shelf service!

Mark did a great job clearing our main sewer line after my daughter flushed god knows how many baby wipes down the toilet. His prices really are the lowest in town. More importantly, he was honest with me about the costs and what he would need to do in order to get the problem fixed. Expect him to run a little late to your appointment, but this really isn't a bad thing. He takes the time to do the job right the first time, so it is normal for him to be running a little bit behind schedule. Super nice and honest guy. We can't praise him enough.

Walter showed up this morning and did an great job replacing our shower plumbing. Fast, professional and wearing a mask!

I usually don't write reviews. However I just wanted to speak on the honesty and professionalism of Pikes Peak Mechanical. Jason came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater that we thought needed to be replaced due to leaking. However, when he arrived the floor around the hot water heater was dry. After one test, he realized that our hot water heater was in good working condition and did not see the need for a replacement. Instead he educated me on reasons why we maybe experiencing leakage. I was truly amazed by his integrity because I knew for certain that we were going to have to replace the hot water heater since that was the report we received from another company. Thank you Pikes Peak Mechanical for your trustworthiness. We will definitely call you for all of our plumbing needs.
