I sincerely regret calling this company. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such a lack of professionalism and customer care in a small business. Sounds like we had an experience like a lot of others - not showing up when scheduled and then failing to get the job done the first time.

We even tried using BBB to work out a compromise and they made no effort. What a waste of time. We will never call them again.

Andrew Coleman from delta mechanical came to install my water heater he did his job professionally and it was a joy to have him in my house if i ever need anything i would love to request him everytime ive never had such a easy well informed installation like the one Andrew provided

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Haven't used them yet. Enrique came out to access the problem and potentially scope my clogged line. But instead determined I should have a camera ran through my lines first. I greatly appreciated his honesty. His supervisor will do that in a couple days.

I have been working with a contractor to do a bathroom remodel for 8 weeks. I had a plumber lined up for a very time sensitive job and that guy stood me up . No call No show. No apologies.
